Denmark vs Germany.
Forgotten that the Danes won this.
Watching Klinsmann roll around after every tackle just reiterates what a cunt he was though.

They were given a wild card after Yugoslavia were banned

Tell me, who were the best diving cunts you've seen playing Stoke, and who are the current ones in the team?

Tommy Hasler was the German star of that tournament
John Jenson got a nice move off the back of that goal

Augenthaler is another one too. Yeah I always really rated him. Guess Matthaus got most of the plaudits, hence Hasler didn't get as much of the limelight. Think Mattheus was missing from Euro 92 and Hasler stepped up to the plate

That's something of an understatement. Dismal, especially considering the performance at the World Cup two years prior. Having said that, in those days, when only eight teams qualified, it was something of an achievement to get to the finals in the first place.

Taylor just wasnât right for the England đ´ó §ó ˘ó Ľó Žó §ó ż job. When it went tits up he wanted to revert to his long ball but was afraid of getting hammered by the media.
One thing is though Taylor was the obvious candidate. There wasnât much objection to his appointment. In addition to Watford heâd quickly built a cracking side at Aston who challenged for the title.

Kendall would have been a better fit at the time Or even big fat Ron Ron everything the FA don't like. Out spoken, anything but a yes man, controversial. Taylor ticked all the boxes for their kind of personality which seems to be more important than ability in the job.
