Could be a leveller between home and away games for everyone.
I suppose it depends upon what part of home advantage comes from the crowd and how much from other factors such as knowing the pitch dimensions, the floodlights in night matches, don't have to travel so far, familiarity with the whole set-up/match day experience etc.

It depends totally on the player.
Take James McClean as an example. Will he thrive at not having any abuse, meaning he can concentrate on his game or does the abuse he receives secretly drive him on?
As for others, how many will now bring their training ground game with them without the pressure of playing infront of a crowd and how many will fall flat needing a crowd to drive them on?
It's going to be really interesting to watch.
My prediction is a serious increase in the form of Tom Ince.

In the AFL its been reported that kicking accuracy, when taking a shot on goal, has risen due to the lack of pressure from fans

Like there is no pressure. The general intensity is way lower than before as well which I think helps the away sides more.

That might help us as well 3 fold really 1; with Allen being out we wont have to be chasing at things 2; Powell will have the space to perform his magic and 3; Ince might be able to go past people

Not all teams will react well to playing in empty stadium Leeds & West brom could suffer as the crowd could play a huge part in getting them over the line. At the bottom its anybodys guess its probably best to be playing mid table sides with nothing to play for & will be thinking about next season.

I just hope that they are wound up before they go out. Something like playing Delilah in the dressing room with the crowd singing, would help. Give some atmosphere.

It'll be interesting to see if these 20 minute purple patches we seem to be able to produce where we seem capable of playing anyone off the park, will be prolonged without the feeling of unease we seem to project when theres an Ince fuck up or shoddy clearance from Bartt etc etc.....i can't wait to be honest. With or without a crowd at least theres something to look forward to on a saturday, rather than an excruciating zoom meet up with people you'd not rather not see anyway!

The other Premier League relegation candidates should be up in arms at the advantage this gives to Bournemouth.

From watching a game from Germany yesterday where they pumped in crowd noise, on the tv it was better watch than without.
Weather this will have an effect on the players who knows.

It’s a shame we filled the corner in. A few dozen could have watched from the hill above the scoreboard like the good old days.....

I think O'Neill now has installed so much faith in the players that we'll stay up comfortably! With Shawcross and McClean back we should also improve a little bit, but Allen is of course a big loss to us. All in all I still think we are one of the better teams in this division, and I really can't see Charlton nor Hull doing any better than us in the last 9 games. When it comes to Barnsley and Luton I think we're out of reach for those two. We'll probably end up around 55 points as I see it. Next season we'll fight for one of the play-off spots in my opinion!
