Just a thought; Has anybody seen if Reading are streaming, and if so would it be easier than this mess. ?
EDIT. Just been onto I follow and it looks like you can get the game via the Redding site for £10.0.
Never done it before but it may help anybody struggling with the Stoke stream.

Onlooker, Stoke will be providing an “idiots” guide for tablets I am told at some point hopefully today. The test page is all I am aware of . In the meantime...

For anyone using an iPad, I successfully tested the stream by logging in to My Stoke via Safari rather than downloading the app.

So I got my stream code after enquiring via an email from promotions. However, I now get an error message when trying to log in to MyStoke saying there are duplicate accounts for my email address and I can’t even get beyond the log in.
They are being really helpful, but I really don’t know what is going on with it or how it has got this convoluted. Has this happened to anyone else? Hopefully I’ll get another reply soon.

Hopefully it will just be a case of separating accounts from emails or something. Just a bit disappointed by it but I understand they’re working with a skeleton staff.

Genuine thanks for all of your help on here, ange. The 'redeem your code' email tells us to contact stoketvsupport@streamamg.com for any problems while Stoke's Twitter page mentions the supporters@stokecityfc.com address Is it one team responding to both email addresses or do they serve different purposes? (the stoketvsupport email being better for more technical issues, for example)

So might be worth ago unless that literally just came through. I’d love to have that problem at this stage, can’t even redeem my code or log in!
