Obviously meant to those that were employed before the virus outbreak. I still have to work full time as I am a key worker and my role (so my company keep telling me) is essential. I'm on 24/7 call as well. Gouranga.

Keyworker, but I’m off for half term with the kids at the moment. I have got to say, I think I’m amongst the happiest I’ve ever been at the moment. It’s like the reset button’s been pressed...

Still working, albeit from home and have been for a month.
Work in insurance, people have still got to keep their cars on the road.

Working mainly from home, we've built a new app designed to show the statuses of all businesses within a selected postcode using a traffic light system, and for the ones that are partially open - what services they are offering.
Plus installed a new system to speed up production at my mates factory - he makes PPE garments so is running full tilt.

Currently doing 3/4 days in the office and a 2/3 days at home.
Work in logistics in the retail sector and it’s far busier than Christmas at the moment, without the 3 months of planning and extra staff that you have then as well.....

Still fulltime and taken on extra duties for out of hours cover . Local govt and keyworker as is the mrs. Had 2 weeks booked off for easter as going to US but as soon as trip was cancelled I said I'd work. Hoping to get a week off in May once peak passes (god willing ) but huge amount of what I do now is PPE procurement and getting the stocks out to where they're needed. Hope everyone furloughed is doing ok.

Still full time. Machine maintenance in a food production facility. Got Easter off but we're running 24 hours normally. Tywyn has turned into something of a ghost town but some cretins have managed to get here this weekend. Classed as a key worker.

Normal for me- when you start watching the 5 am Shopping Channel is the worry. Suddenly after hours of lack of sleep the Ronco Banana Peeler at only £29.99 looks like a steal and something you need for your kitchen. You do get free blades with it to be fair. Currently doing 16 hours through the night, usually 12. Anyway, time for a banana.

I'm a key pensioner so they are paying me my full pension to carry on being retired! I think that had I still been working as a Customs Officer (now part of the Border Force) I would still be working - although with fewer air and ferry movements, I would have been doing significant amounts of intelligence work from home and (on line) staff training (as a trainer) to fill up the hours when there were no passengers or freight to check. My heart goes out to those who have been furloughed - or, worse still are unemployed or (like one of my cousins) work as a one man company and don't qualify for the self employed payments promised by the Treasury. Having time off when you can't go anywhere or meet anyone, must be a right pain especially for those living in an apartment with no garden.

I'm working two part-time jobs from home. I'd like to be furloughed, as I'm not enjoying working from home at all and would prefer to do my own thing, but I'm not eligible as I started 2 days after the cutoff. I am of course grateful to have work.
I know a few people who have been furloughed. Most are okay with it as it's seen as a way to protect their jobs in the long-term.

Still working but from home, which I've done in the past as a senior software developer (and contracting consultant) and found incredibly productive. In the first case, nobody is pestering you for support or advice, in the second, you are just focussed on the deliverable and nothing else.
However... i'm now in management and finding it increasingly difficult to actually perform my role without being in a close-knit office. I do what is effectively a middle management role (Think your typical Dilbert-esque middle management office role) and I feel like I'm fast losing the ability to be precise in my job because I require other people to be precise in theirs. It's already a problem while in the office, but you can compensate a little bit by using the support network which surrounds the devs.... that has now disappeared and a lack of precision is the death knell for someone in my role at the company that I work for, so I am particularly fearful at the moment.
To be honest, I've already been texting a friend privately saying I'll be lucky if I can keep my job beyond the summer and am looking for new roles.
