Any ideas? It's driving me nuts! Painting my kitchen walls and after 30 seconds I can't see a thing! Fog all over the place inside my goggles. I have to take them and the mask off all the time.
I have tried two different pairs. Professional stuff both of them, one of them even "fog free guaranteed". What a joke it is.
😡

I keep mine in the top cupboard by the Coco Pops. If not saliva

The old bikers method was to use fairy liquid. There should be plenty of anti fogging products for bikers visors/goggles. Might be worth a try.

What I can't understand is why they guarantee it's fog free goggles.

Shaving foam should work if you have any musik, keep rubbing until it disappears, I use it to stop the bathroom mirror fogging up so it should work on goggles.

What a joke it is. 😡 Why do you need goggles to do some painting The lacquer paint, the water based paint, the paint remover, the putty dust ... everything irritates my eyes. It's a burning feeling straight away, watery eyes, red. Not to mention the breathing. The gas mask is handy. Well equipped for the Corona. But forget about the protection bit for a while. I tried to paint a little bit without the goggles on, just my normal glasses. Same result. Fog on the glasses within half a minute. Greasy and watery. Without glasses also? I can't even see the bl#@&y wall then!

It was mentioned on that online list I saw late yesterday (today actually ...). I suppose I have to test everything and come back with a valuation in time. Thanks, ely!

As others have said, spit or a bit of washing up liquid has served bikers well for decades.

I don’t know about goggles but some snorkels have a coating over the inner lenses, I’ve seen people burn this coating away with a naked flame, they’ve said that stops them fogging up too.
Never tried that route myself though.
