Just been reading this and thinking the same, be an absolute pisser if they called the season off with about 5 games to go.

Or if we were bottom three and the league decided teams would finish in their current positions Bet they’d find that a pisser also

If this were to happen then an awful lot of people would have died and so I don’t think it is something to celebrate although it would suit SCFC purely from a sporting point of view.

What is the current obsession on Liverpool at the moment and wishing failure on them. They are a great team, who are brilliant to watch.

The guy who contracted the virus in England is from Surrey or so where like that and so is probably a MU supporter.

I can't see the domestic leagues being stopped, but i can see the Euro's being postponed/cancelled. It's already a (shit) logistical nightmare with everyone criss crossing the place like dickheads, so to prevent any spread is impossible.
The powers that be obviously know something the public aren't being told. The guardian is now reporting another 800+ cases in South Korea, and it's spreading exponentially globally.
The financial services also know something as $3trn has been wiped off the markets in a week.
We're in for some interesting times in the very near future, and personally, i doubt it's caused by people sucking on bat wings, or whatever bullshit excuse has been fed through the media.
If it gets worse, I can even see the whole of next season being postponed.

Its classic mail clickbait journalism. This 'could' happen. Let's be honest they wouldn't just pretend a whole season never happened.
Controversially I'd half like to see them carry this on, quite like them at the moment and it'd be ace to see Arsenal's invincible record bettered.
At the end of the day their manager is pretty sound, their football and matches are usually pretty entertaining and actually there are a lot of really likeable players in that side as well.

The Influenza A virus kills between 300k and 600k people globally each year - as many as 15K of them can be in the UK in a bad year. So far we're nowhere nearcthat with the Coronvirus - . For most pepple the Coronavirus gives only mild symptoms and they make a full recovery within 2 weeks - you can even have it and not knpw - It's mortality rate is lrss than 2% which - again - is comparable with 'normal' flu - but no-one cancels football matches because if that. It ain't Ebola....
