I heard an article on Radio Stoke a few weeks back about the general lawlessness, robberies, knife crime, muggings, fights, etc on Nantwich Road in Crewe. One Iraqi man who'd escaped the turmoil said that it was worse than being in Iraq  |

it’s only up the road & seems a world away from Stoke.

Strange place. I parked in a car park on a side street the other day and a fella approached me with an outstretched hand trying to hand me something. Obviously got the wrong person. Never saw as dangerous just full of Eastern Europeans outside the bookies, loads of take-aways and a lot of gormless looking locals in pissy track suit bottoms. Certainly a few houses of ill repute it seems. Just basically a shitty place
