If we do get relegated will Michael o'Neil still be at stoke or will he go back to his job as the Irish manager

Supporting Stoke is becoming a bipolar experience, I must say If we win a couple.. Can we get promoted via the playoffs? A laughable thread admittedly. If we lose.. what will happen if we're relegated? A more reasonable concern given our league position. Anyway back to my padded sofa

If he resigned he'd probably be put on garden leave until we got an acceptable amount of compensation. Will we sack him? Probably not. He's a manager with international acclaim and the replacements we could attract in League 1 won't be very appealing. We're staying up, anyway.
Edit: If the question is more about his character, I think he'd want to stay to rectify his mistake and see us back up. Similar to how he wants to see things through with Northern Ireland.

He will walk thats one of the reasons he has kept his job with Northen ireland he is not stupid & non of this is his fault. Look to the previous manager for the mess we now i find ourselves in.

Why if we fail to get say 15 points from here then he’s part of the issue , but no where near as accountable as the chief executive that has presided over , consistent recruitment disaster , footballing and financial collapse .

When MON arrived we were almost nailed on to be going down
In that scenario I would have expected both parties to have discussed the various potential outcomes for this season and beyond
Should the worst happen and we go down I, for one, won't be pointing fingers at MON, but I will be hoping that he stays on to try and get us back up.
His record to date suggests that we might just stay up...

Jesus. Last week we were hitting the playoffs and worried that he’d be poached by a Premier league Club. Ffs!!!

Do you think Tony Scholes has done a bad job mate? You should speak about it more to get your point across.
