I'm crestfallen, have lived through 40 or 50 FA Cup exits, I can remember every single one of them...the draw without us, the dead Saturday. There isn't one iota of evidence to suggest a soul sapping FA Cup exit is the route to improved league form, not one Spot on. Some people need to give their heads a very big wobble

If we were serious about going through,we wouldn't have played Ince. He should pay back every penny he's been paid whilst at Stoke, because he ain't earned a single penny of it.

Momentum is everything in football, you can't just pick and choose which games you are going to try to win.

Momentum is everything in football, you can't just pick and choose which games you are going to try to win. Momentum is the most precious yet elusive commodity in football, we've been without it for 3 years. The idea that it's a good thing we lost a game we should have won today is frankly laughable.

If it has convinced MON that Ince should not be starting matches then I'll take that positive from the loss. However, I agree with those you say you should always try and win for the purposes of momentum.
