Every win is 10 now. Not about performance or how we get the 3 points, we just have to start winning matches somehow and we managed it today. That said, we were miles the better team today and at 2-1 down you wondered if we had some kind of curse. Team were solid today and put in a great shift/effort for the 90. Butland, for me, is a massive, massive worry, he could have done better with both their goals and they were literally the only thing he had to do today. Another manager with a blind spot re Butland. Love Butland and wish him the best for his future wherever it is, but I think it would be a good move for both Stoke and him if he moved on to a decent club with some good GK coaches. Butland.....”massive worry, he could have done better with both their goals”. I only hope you’ve had the opportunity of watching close up replays on tv. If you have and you have the same opinion then there’s no hope for “fair play”

9. He’s a bloody good manager, I fully expect him to sort us out given time and a bit of patience. Yes mate that's been my view for a while. He's an intelligent, pragmatic manager. I wasn't for him before he arrived but you can tell he knows what he's doing, he's going about his business and finding out about the squad week by week. There'll be plenty of ups and downs along the way but I'm absolutely convinced he'll nail it given a few months. He’s walked into a basket case and got us four wins out of nine. The only game I think we have deserved to lose was at Hull. I’ve admired his work for a while and always thought he would be a good fit for us (and posted as much on here several times).

1.
Would have been a 10 but he used to manage Brechin and Shamrock Rovers.
