At least we had some sort of passion from the players playing for Jones even though we were shit, now we are shit with no passion at all. We look more like a team going down now than we did when Jones was manager. Don't get wrong Jones last couple of games weren't good but there were spells where we looked like a mid to top of the league team. Now we look a bottom 3 team and cowardly and going down with a whimper. This window will have to be good because i am just not convinced by O'Neil and i am a fairly positive person normally. We have looked the exact same for about 4 years now. The start we had under Jones is what will relegate us. The stats from previous seasons show that. And no we didn’t. We looked terrible under Jones from start to finish. We were relegated in September. There were quite a few games under Jones where we should have burried teams, Charlton, Derby, Birmingham, Nottingham Forest and a few others but the problem was just the left back situation which teams exploited. We dominated a lot of games but kept getting caught and now we let teams in at will from all over the pitch. The players look like a part of them has left when Jones went, not O'Neils fault but he needs to get some energy from somewhere because we don't look like we can escape the drop anymore.

So it was a problem entirely created by the useless cretin. We were lucky to draw the Derby game imo too. No they don’t 😂😂😂Jones is the second worst manager this club has ever had. He was a fraud, a complete and utter fraud. And as I’ve said we were relegated in September because of the start Jones made. This is all on him. Like I said, from that start it would take a miracle to stay up.

Wrong team selection Wrong formation Wrong subs
Apart from that he’s had a blinder.
He looks as out of depth and as lost as the other clowns. Only this one looks terrified of playing anyone with a foreign name.

Anyone who puts Liam Linsdey in a team to play football against another football team is not worthy of a single point.
A cardboard Ronald fucking McDonald would have done better.
And don't get me started on Jordan Cousins....

I think our problems run deeper than just Jones, but there were many positives in many games despite us constantly getting hit by a sucker punch. You hated him and only focused on the negatives but we looked like a more capable side than we do now. O'Neil has chosen to go more defensively with a team that can't defend and now we look like a team that's going to get a hiding rather than one that is on the verge of giving another team one. Jones record is poor but the performances weren't all bad so it proves these players are capable of much better. O'Neil doesn't seem to be able to get a tune out of them at all which is worrying. Jones had to go because of his record but O'Neil is yet again the cheap option and at this rate is going to end up with an equally bad record. Could we really drop again after this season? most of these players now will jump ship at the end of the season. It's dire and nobody at the top seems to have a clue despite all their experience.

0.
By not selecting the two best players at the club he is in dereliction of his duty.
