In Spain they abandoned a game because fans dared to chastise one of the players playing who has Fascist sympathies.
This world is fucked at the moment.

Racism can very often be in the eye of the beholder and I get what the artist is trying to do by subverting the racist idea that black people are non-human by suggesting we are all apes technically The problem with any message is that you can't control how this message is received and decoded Oliver Stone told an anecdote around criticism of his 'Natural Born Killers' film when criticised about the excessive violence and supposed glorification of killers (it was a satire): he spoke of someone being shot dead in a US cinema for being disruptive during a showing of 'Schindler's List', a more anti-war film you couldn't wish for Some leftist-PC-victimhooders will see this as back-firing, like Fare despite its intention (as will fascists who will see it as endorsing their beliefs) All FIFA/UEFA need to do is ban the clubs from Europe/international competitions and the Italian FA would have to act but that would cost too much or they would suggest it was political intervention The world is/was/always will be fucked

I’m no marketing expert but I would have thought that trying to get a message across to that element of a football audience that is inclined to racism required a simple and straight forward approach. Any concept requiring a moment of thought will be lost on them completely.

Honestly this is absolutely mental.
Whether or not in Italy it’s just a joke and they all laugh and the rest of us miss it, I don’t know. But how can they think this is ok? It’s beyond words 😂

Somebody should tell the BBC that those are chimpanzees, which are apes not monkeys.
