Ferguson's disgraceful treatment of Moise Kean on Sunday showed a complete failure of man-management and should rule him out of being considered for the permanent job of club manager. Kean is 19 years old, new to this country and has so far struggled to adapt to the pace and physicality of the PL. To bring him on as a substitute and then substitute him 19 minutes later was humiliating enough but it was unforgivable for Ferguson to then totally ignore him as he came off. What Ferguson's treatment has done to the young lad's morale and confidence doesn't bear thinking about and seriously jeopardizes the chances of the club ever getting value for the 30m they invested in the player. I hope the Everton board will now take the appropriate action and remove Ferguson from their manager shortlist.

His mistake was playing him in the first place.
I don't have a problem playing youngsters but once they are on the pitch they shouldn't get any special treatment from anyone - supporters, the opposition, their teammates, the ref or their manager. If they can't handle it physically or mentally they shouldn't be on the pitch and should stick to playing in their age group until they are ready.

I think this is bollocks, Keane wasn’t doing anything he told him too so he had every right to take him off.

What an odd post, 4 points from Chelsea and Man Utd suggest he is "fit" to be a manager.

I thought it was fucking brilliant. Modern footballers and youngsters in general need a wake up call from time to time. Get him down Stoke to sort this shower of preened wankers out. Vote labour.

The trouble is if it happened at Stoke they’d run out of subs after 20 minutes. They wouldn’t have enough to take the other 8 off.

When we got a 0-0 draw at the Etihad a few years ago I was screaming for Imbula to be hauled off after he came on as a sub for exactly the same reasons.
He was brought on to do a job on the right hand side and promptly fucked himself off up front to let Calvert-Lewin who had played all game to cover the right hand side.

I watched the game the lad was gash , looked like a fan who won a raffle to play for Everton , Dunc did the right thing , as MON can’t bring the 11 useless twats off we had playing

According to what I've read the lad looked so far off the pace Ferguson was doing him a favour If he was doing the kid a favour - he certainly needed one as he looked totally out of sorts, or maybe he was ill - Ferguson could have put an arm around his shoulder and told him, I still believe in you, kid, or something. But this childish turning his back on a player substituted after only a few minutes of action belongs to the dark ages. Which Ferguson often did when he was playing. I agree with the OP; Ferguson won't last long in the job.

An Everton fan was on Talksport earlier who was at the match & said that Kean was hanging almost as soon as he'd come on the pitch, & was bent over recovering after a few short bursts. The press seem to have overlooked this.. Kean is known to have disciplinary issues too so guessing Ferguson either just chose to ignore Kean as he left the pitch coz he felt let down, or he was just simply so engrossed in the game he just didnt think to explain to Kean why he'd hauled him off. Either way Kean would of been much better to just take a seat on the bench! Imagine Kean's days are numbered at Everton due to previous, & this most recent episode at Everton.
Stoke should consider putting in a loan offer for him next month, poor discipline history & with him being an ex Juventus player, he's got all the makings of a future Stoke star! 🤣
