I would find it wrong if they refused to serve a chromosomal female who identifies as male because they are still vulnerable to some female diseases. But with a chromosomal male who identifies as female, what is there to examine? They aren't at risk for female cancers, they don't go through menopause, they don't carry children, so what is the point of seeing a gynecologist?

There is a court case going on at the moment for people who don’t want to be labelled man or woman to have “X” on passports

there are two genders if people want to change fair enough but certain people such as gynaecologists should have the right to discriminate based on chromosome
Trans people need to know that on some issues they can be discriminated against based on their chromosomes because ultimately cosmetic surgery does not give a trans woman certain female attributes and vice versa
