So then, where do we start with this rag tag bunch of self entitled shit bags?
Vast majority of them that have played were the same lot that helped to get Rowett the boot and they've repeated the job with Jones.
A tactical system implemented by footballing giants such as James Collins, Danny Hylton and Harry Cornick was seemingly beyond them and their multi million wage packets.
Just when are they going to be questioned?

They already are being questioned. But I don't think most of them are to blame, I think at the very least they have given their all for the most part.
Butland Allen Ince
The main culprits in terms of shitness this season. Genuinely cost us 12+ points on their own.

One thing's for sure: Jones' remarkable popularity has shielded them from a lot of grief.

They've gotten away with absolute murder for the past 2 seasons to the detriment of the manager at the time.

I think its because of Rowett being as much of a tosser as he was then Jones comes in and seems like a more likeable bloke in comparison whereas he actually wasnt

No one can say Nathan didn’t care about the club or give it his all. The players and board should be disgusted with themselves - but won’t be .

I get your point but I think its far more complicated. I liked Nathan and liked his enthusiasm and I hoped beyond hope for him to succeed but even I had to admit after the Millwall debacle that the game was up. I think the club has a lot of blame to take but ultimately NJ failed massively.
Even despite the terrible structure/hierarchy in the club which is a massive problem, he left us 2nd bottom. Considering the squad he had at his disposal there is no other way to see it than an epic failure. Its a terrible shame but alas its the truth.

We all wanted him to succeed. That said Jones has been an absolute disaster and has been lucky to survive in the job as long as he has. Unfortunately he has been one of the worst appointments in the club’s history.

I'm not defending the players as they should be able to adapt, but until recently 5,6,7 changes a game has been his downfall. Pick a team, stick to it in the main and allow partnerships to develop. Instead he just picked names out of a hat. Architect of his own downfall

I was all for the appointment of NJ and was desperate for him to succeed, however, the constant switching of personnel and formation demonstrated a lack of confidence in what he was doing a point emphasised by not playing the players he recruited in the summer. The unfortunate truth is that when things didn't go as he expected Nathan was exposed as being way out of his depth, I really do hope he reflects on and learns from him time with us and comes back stronger to have a good management career and that we haven't waited too long to be still able to get safe.

Ok. New manager, new tactics. What/who would you play? Personally for me it would be 4-4-2 or 4-2-3-1 with 2 wingers... it’s a shame Verlinden is out on loan so my team would have to be...
4-4-2: Butland (new start for him as well as the club) Edwards CCV baath BMI Ince Etebo Badou McClean Gregory Campbell
4-2-3-1 would have to swap Campbell for Allen but then I can’t see where the goals would come from

If the absolute garbage we have seen for the past 38 games is truly "giving their all", then there is absolutely no hope for us. The blame rests squarely on them every bit as much as NJ and the Executive team.

We have not got a good enough squad to lure even “C list” manager. We are in Pearson / O’Neil / God forbid Pullis Territory.

If I was JC I would have had them all together this morning and let them know who I blamed for the managers sacking, what I expected from them when the new manager is appointed and if they don't like it they can fuck off and rot with the kid's.

Liam Lindsay and Jordan Cousins should just be released there and then.
In regards to Powell, you may as well throw money into a fire.
Smith is only slightly better than Cuco Martina at RB
Seen better footballers play up the park on a Sunday.
