I've been working with an Asian for a few weeks. He's from London but, he took me to a restaurant in Bolton and it was the best indian (Pakistani) i've ever had. I don't know how true it is but he told me that most restaurants are run by Bangladesh's. They come from a poorer background than Pakistan's so it's cheaper to make a kinda big sauce thats for everyone and depending what you've ordered they just take out your portion and add the other ingredients: onions, tomato, etc to make your dish. I was told, that's why the food all looks and sometimes tastes similar in Bangladeshi restaurants Now Pakistani restaurants do your meal individually and are far superior in my opinion. Obviously there are good and bad restaurants but, on the whole i found his theory to be spot on. I thank you. ;D
