Having give n away another calamitous goal within a minute we could easily have folded today.
We didn't. We responded and not only did we respond but we came from behind to win (something we never do) and we got what feels like our first ever last minute winner (it's been so long since we had one).
Fingers crossed it can be a real turning point for all involved. I'm not confident it will be but I hope beyond hope that it is.
For once we can be happy with the endeavours of our team.

Do the board stick or twist if they haven't already Dave?

Thing is though you could see the signs in the first half against Forest. We looked head and shoulders above them and played some good football only to undone by silly mistakes. There were little mistakes today and we played with determination and togetherness hence the victory. I think the midfield 4 will be absolutely key until January.

Most of the season bar 2 games, we have been undone by silly mistakes and rotten luck. Jones couldn't be held accountable for some of the stupidity of the players, just some of the poor decisions he's made, and there have been a few.
But today was a different ball game. If we can summon today's spirit every week, we will get there.

Nobody should begrudge him his outpouring post game, he's been under massive pressure, some of it of his own doing. The fact remains he's banging on about the diamond being wonderful yet he recruited all summer for it and still couldn't get it right. His recruitment this summer was poor, just look at how many of his signings aren't contributing...We can all rejoice and rightly so but for me he leaves more questions than answers.

First injury time winner, home or away, since Arnie's penalty at Everton in December 2015.

Do the board stick or twist if they haven't already Dave? They sacked Kamara when he eventually got a win. If they can get hughton, Moyes pulis, without getting rid of Scholes, I suspect Jones is a goner.

I thought that was great reflexes from Butland from the initial strike...
