It's always been OK, My Grandad had bacon and eggs for breakfast at 6-30 am every morning and only lived to 86^
God gave us teeth to eat meat he did not give us three stomachs to digest greens. Nuts ,Fruit and Meat is our natural diet as hunter gatherers anyone who thinks different is ignoring all the known facts.
We've been eating meat for 1.5 million years according to scientific evidence. It's what it is cooked in that is the unhealthy part.

I eat the odd English breakfast on my diet...the bad stuff is the high ratio of fat AND carbs in your daily diet that’s the killer .
That’s the prob with modern day food.......we are eating far to many carbs and still ramming the fat down us
Add to that all the Processed meat (sausage/ bacon / beans etc) then piles of sugar in baked beans .....all inflammatory
Heart attack on a plate
Grandad probably had a lot of fat back in the day as. Energy because he wouldn’t have been consuming so many carbs with it
Not saying carbs are bad just saying the western diet relies far too heavily on them

Think I read something once about how human ability to digest has changed as we've evolved. Was something along the lines of starting with meat in europe, veg mainly in asia, and over the centuries we've evolved to be able to digest both equally as well. In any case, I'm never giving up on meat.

The theory is that blood type O's were hunter gatherers and hence ate more meat, blood type A's resided where there was plenty of edible vegetation and the were able to cultivate, blood type B's were more nomadic and dipped into both camps. This diet caused us to evolve our blood types to cope best with the nutrition we were getting. Interestingly the predominant blood type in South America is O, and their diet is heavily meat based. In their books, they separate foods into 3 categories - Highly Beneficial/Neutral/Avoid - different blood types, broadly speaking, need different diets. www.amazon.co.uk/s?k=eat+right+for+your+blood+type&crid=3TYIUT7A5W2FY&sprefix=Eat+r%2Caps%2C560&ref=nb_sb_ss_i_1_5From what I remember pork isn't much good for anyone, even the type O's, maybe the Jews are right to avoid it

On a sidenote: I asked the nurse at the Health Clinic here if she could tell me what blood type I have. She said: "NO. It's not ordered by the doctor. But ask your mother, she has the paper, every new born gets it." Went to my mother's, but she had no idea where that piece of paper was. However, I found the id-tray made of metal I was given as a new born, but no corresponding paper. Here comes the tricky part. It says "0A". What does it mean?

Could be blood type O and the 'A' could denote positive or negative? I'm guessing tho', I don't know any Swedish. You can get a test kit for a few quid off Amazon. If you donate blood over here they test it and tell you, don't know if it's the same in Sweden.

If you donate blood over here they test it and tell you, don't know if it's the same in Sweden. What irritates me is that the nurse refused to test the blood type when I was already there to give a blood test (PSA). I mean it's kind of important to know the blood type. Thanks for the Amazon recommendation. I think I will buy one, if they refuse once more. Give blood, I don't know what diseases you're not allowed to have then. Now I've read a bit about it. We have two systems to identify and classify blood, the ABO-system and the Rh-system. According to the ABO-system (the most common one) there are four different blood types: A, B, AB and 0. There is also the Rh-system, named after the Rh-factor. Nowadays the Rh-factor has been renamed to the D-factor. 85% of the population have this factor, and have what's called a Rh+ blood. If you don't have that factor you have a Rh- blood. Sweden population stats: A RhD+ 37% 0 RhD+ 32% B RhD+ 10% A RhD- 7% 0 RhD- 6% AB RhD+ 5% B RhD- 2% AB RhD- 1% Funny thing is, the message on the metal id-card (for use in a war situation etc) says: "You can't change the blood type info on this metal id-card on your own. Doing so might lead to danger." But there is no such thing as a "OA" blood type. 😁

There's a questionnaire we have to fill in when giving blood over here, can't remember what diseases disqualify you other than Hep B and HIV, sorry. They ask a few questions about who you've had sex with in the last 6 months, some of which I find a bit odd but I can see why they ask them. I'd imagine there's guidance online somewhere.
