Alfred Pennyworth is ex SAS,he starts up a surcurity firm,in an alternertive London in the 1960s.
A few years down the line,he will become Batmans Butler.
Watched episode 1 last night,looks very promising.8/10.

On episode 7 here, it's top fucking class. Loving the alternative England setting, and the chick who plays Martha Wayne is stunning. Also glad that they didn't scrimp on the violence and the swearing too.

It's the same Alfred (just his younger days set in an alternative 60s Britain), but the show itself way, way, way darker and a hell of a lot more violent than Gotham could ever hope to be (and that's from someone who loves Gotham). Think Gotham meets Penny Dreadful meets Carnival Row meets The Krays meets The Long Good Friday with a hearty dose of Get Carter thrown in for good measure
