Is it me or is this election: A: really dull, much duller than usual B: seen even more whopping lies from pretty much everybody than usual It's the Tory strategy. Avoiding fuck ups has been the only real aim. When they do put Johnson 'on parade' TrumPolitics comes into play. Shout over your interviewer, lie with impunity and just bark out your vacuous slogans in answer to any difficult questions. Watch 'Joris Trump' on Peston tonight to see the full playbook in action. Neil wont play along or be bullied like Marr or Peston, which is exactly why he wont do it. Pathetic really. There is time left I know but if the Tory's win a majority on a nothing really changes ticket and Labour lose on a you get everything for free radical change ticket, then you will have to reconsider who's strategy was "pathetic".

Is the Bedroom Tax any worse than getting rid of the 25% reduction on Council Tax for single people? Should their be an apology for it?

Yeah, the Daily Mail and Express are Tory, but 95% of the media?

The question you should be asking is why are Labour losing the working class in the north. The truth is they feel betrayed and don't believe a word that comes out of Corbyn's mouth. Even you can see what Labours problem is, it begins with C!

Sky News is like to Tory Broadcasting Corporation most of the time and Corbyn is the most lied about and vilified Politician in history. I think Oborne sums up the broadcasters, particularly the BBC best. www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2019/dec/03/election-coverage-bbc-toriesMost of the written press is to the right of Ghengis Khan and know what side their bread is buttered. It's vile.

I think there was one broken down by media outlet and the Express actually had 100% misrepresentation. Like I've said, scattergun approach. Literally anything. They'd say Corbyn fucked a hamster to try and get just two vegans to say they wouldn't vote for him.

The least popular opposition leader in history, god fucking knows how hated he would be as PM. I think any other Labour leader would have walked this election after 10 years of the tory's, You can only blame the Labour party for bad choices.

How so? I'm 35 and I'm from Stoke, I should vote Labour every election because they are apparently representing me and most people in this city. Labour have betrayed this city as they have in most northern cities. Low skilled warehouse jobs replacing well paid manufacturing jobs. Labour failed me in the 2000's and if anything they're getting worse. Labour's policies are almost all solely for the benefit of the working class. Sorry for the late reply but only just logged back in. Let's get started, they intend to increase home inheritance tax for a starter, which should not even exist. If my parents bought out right their home tax has already been paid on that purchase and should not be a death tax on a posesion which has already been taxed. They grafted for that property and payed tax accordingly. I'm complete working class, but under his government I'd be better off as social class and get you soft cunts working to pay for me.

I think any other Labour leader would have walked this election after 10 years of the tory's, You can only blame the Labour party for bad choices. Do you think he could be that disliked because partly the misrepresentation? Either way, he's the most liked Labour leader by the membership based on him achieving the two biggest leadership mandates ever, with the second one increasing over the first and if someone had the balls to challenge him I'd dare say it'd increase again. He's a change character. He doesn't want things to carry on as they are and the establishment do so of course he will be painted badly so that's hardly Labour's fault that misrepresentation lends itself to poor external approval ratings. That's the establishments fault, but that is by design, not fortune. I know I have an image of him as my profile picture, but that is just for a bit of fun. He's not my hero, I don't worship him. He's not always right and I certainly don't agree with everything but I recognise he isn't as portrayed and the manifesto his party have put forward will do more for the masses of working poor than anything else. The options are simple as a first past the post system will only result in a Labour or Tory PM. It's time for change or keeping things as they are.

BBC breakfast yesterday morning had Barry Gardiner on, they sat there and let him say how privatisation would ruin the NHS, yet didn't even mention the PRIVATE FI's that Blair let loose with are already ruining the NHS

He was out campaigning for the Lib Dems the other day. “Anyone but the Tory’s” I'm not so sure politics flows downstream from culture anymore, having celebrities/pop stars and actors support you doesn't work as well as it used to, it backfired massively on clinton in the US at the last election, it just seemed patronising and nobody is really swayed by it anymore, its not 1997. Actors are notoriously narcissistic so they tend to promote parties that they think makes them look good and virtuous, nobody is surprised that an actor comes out against the tories, par for the course.
