Monk is a crook. They are welcome to him, Nah, he isn't. Nothing crookish at all about getting your agent friend to negotiate deals for footballers without the clubs consent and then pocketing a hefty agent fee whilst Monk gets a share of it as well. No siree not at all.

Anyone under 60 would be good. Well if it's anyone under 60 you're after, I won the title with Stoke yesterday on Football Manager with 91 points, pipping Brentford and Villa last game of the season. 4-2-3-1, I played Verlinden and Bojan, Campbell up top, I'm every Stoke fans dream, so they should get me in.
I decided if I could out diamond Nathan’s Diamond and went up top on 90 points (via goal difference 😎) then finished 10th second season in the prem playing fast attacking football (literally what NJ should be playing with us) Tom Edwards in the england squad with Josh Tymon, Nathan Collins on the edge of the first team and Ngoy finished top scorer. @coatsey. I’m waiting for that call.

I’m waiting for that call. Tymon and NGoy are excellent on this version. NGoy can get to a 4 Star rating at Grasshoppers. He'll probably come back at 3.5 but easily a 5 star potential within a couple years. I need to get him in the first team now when I start the prem season. I didn't risk the Diamond because I wanted Verlinden on the right where he was most comfortable and wanted Ince playing on the left.

Not sure why we are discussing who our next manager might be, given the club don't intend to change the current manager. Absolutely no comment from within the club to suggest any such move is imminent.

We missed out on him because of a measly £1 Million that Scholes wouldn't pay. Twat.

Is Gracia a ridiculous shout for us?
Sadly, it probably is, isn't it?
There'd be half a dozen La Liga clubs who'd take him. And we'll be minded to go British and conservative - even more than usual

He must be on a game-to-game leash now though. I genuinely thought he'd toppled over the point of no return after the Birmingham performance - with the formation change reflecting a completely scrambled mind. I really thought he had to beat Leeds or Birmingham to avoid the chop this week, and he'd be off last Monday. I can't imagine he'd still be in his job at any other club.

They have been patient where many would have sacked him. Maybe the club feel they have let him down a bit too which is why he has been given a lifeline.

He'd of been sacked long before now at another club with his record it's atrocious. This is on John Coates' head for me ever since he's taken the reigns he's made a complete mess of hiring lambert, Rowett and Jones. I'm not surprised PC took back his old seat in the directors box I wouldn't trust John as far as I could throw him I'd rather they hire a chairman to run things on their behalf than have John in control.

will we really sack Jones we are still trying to get rid of quite a few of players already so if we have a new manager and he doesn't want many of Jones signing what a pickle we will be in

Also, we dont have a club style I.d so we dont look for a manager to fit 'our way' that we play. NJ for example, did anyone really think this guy was going to walk into scfc and get our to lot play a fast narrow diamond and hit the ground running? Not going to happen is it? Thats not NJ's fault that the squad didn't suit his style. This is why he deserves a lot more time than normal
