Righto tin hat time. I've never put what I've heard on hear until 24 hours ago but the situation even has me doing crazy shit.
Take this or leave it. I don't care.
Jones offered to step aside 'recently'. He was encouraged to keep going (goodness me).
TP (Yes, the one never coming back to the club) will take the job with some conditions. No prizes guessing for what those are. It's call him if they want him. It's old man Coates vs The Rest.
Moyes meeting did occur. No firm answer.
No other formal or serious discussions.
Don't know if Jones still at the club. I'm guessing from his interview that if he is not gone yet it will be soon

The problem now is that we’re in a massive hole and only certain manager’s will get us out of this shit now.I don’t want Pulis back but I can see it happening now(sorry Wez)😄 Dave categorically said no though. Don’t be so sure mate

If Moyes and Hughton say no, I do think they've got to go cap in hand (so to speak) to Pulis. It's come to this. We have reached that point. Pulis over Pards any day of the week - and twice on Sundays! Welcome to the TP bus. All aboard!

I don't think Pulis would think we have enough character in the squad to risk his not been relegated record.. he's probably right.. He will relish the opportunity to prove the doubters wrong. And saving us will not only cement his place forever as our greatest ever manager he will be remembered as one of the best British managers of all time at saving troubled clubs. Are you for real?? He gets sacked before the clubs get relegated!

He gets sacked before the clubs get relegated! If as I think likely we appoint Pulis I’d be saying now we are cast iron certs to go down , his teams don’t score enough to win the amount of games required to get to 50 points .looking at the fixtures it’s likely to be 48 points from 31 games no chance his team with these forwards set up how he will , will do that .

ahh retracting now I see. So not a done deal then Did I ever say it was? Mentioned the meeting, which took place. Never a chance it would be Moyes not enough money available for either salary or budget

Yes but the Palace had a team with real pace to play incisive counter attacking football.

Palace had some decent forward players we don’t I think we will offer and he’ll accept snd it will be a terrible mistake by both parties but he will stay in division 1 is my guess

Palace stayed up under him and were in a terrible state when he took over. They had a good team and good pace and wing players But as I said a couple of posts ago, we didn’t and Plymouth didn’t when he saved us both from certain relegation. TP is able to make best use of the resources available to him.

I agree with BB, I think TP will look at the squad and maybe think twice. I’m not so sure. He would be able to work with the following and get a tune out of them: Gregory Etebo Ndiaye Collins Shawcross Mclean Martins Indi Clucas
