I hope whoever is elected will address the following at your next meeting: 1. The utter shambles of ticket pricing for the Leicester game, we charged the same price as Wolves their fans for a European game. Utter disgrace. 2. The pricing for ticket booking fees and delivery cost. Literally the whole fanbase want answers to how the club can justify this.

Not 100% sure but point two is us catching up with legislation I recall.

Please could you address the following with our illustrious CEO at the next meeting:
- Diabolical state of the catering and hygiene - Season card debacle - Rip off booking/postage fees - Are staff now being paid the minimum wage?
Anything else we need adding to the list for this shambolic club to answer for?

The contract she's signed is a work of absolute capitalist abuse. Coates a socialist? My arse.

I used to work for KFC a few years ago. £5.20 an hour, only guaranteed 4 hours a WEEK. £5.20 a fucking hour for the same job that everyone else was doing there, except they got paid £7.50 an hour. Get 4 hours of work out of me for the measly sum of £20.80. A fucking cesspit of a place, cliquey horrible shithole that I'm glad I got to leave. I would never go back to retail or any form of fast food joint or catering.

Scholes needs to be asked how things have gotten so bad that they’re failing to comply with regulations. It’s not just a one off is it, as the latest hygiene inspections have demonstrated.

To be honest I was lucky I only had to do it for 9 months sheikh. Sadly issues like this are all too prevalent in this industry. It's certainly a shame Stoke City are lumped in it. It's the perfect situation for all these really. When 1 person leaves, another joins right away.

There was no excuse for when we weren't paying the minimum and it was embarrassing really. I've not seen inspections mate, on the food standards site I'm guessing? Never have anything from the concourse, always have something either before setting off or when getting back home.

We apparently can’t even store a pie correctly/safely...a fucking pie. I mean it’s not hard is it.

The Corner Bar The person responsible for cooking burgers handled them with bare hands, touched cooked burgers and handled bread without washing hands between tasks. He also picked up a number of burgers and held them against his uniform.

Supporters have (rightly) raised a significant problem with this in that it will only allow one vote to be cast from a single device - desktop or i-phone. Of course, the system should obviously only allow one vote for each client reference number, but household members will often share a computer and I see no good reason why more than one supporter can't vote on the same device, given that the CR has to be entered to vote. This is likely to reduce the turnout to even lower levels than it will probably already be. I share the view of the Supporters Club that the timing of the election is completely wrong, because we are in the main holiday period when many fans, particularly those with school age children, will be away. The election should be held either before the end of the season or in September in my view. I also disagree with the Supporters council decision not to publish the votes cast for each candidate, in order to save embarrassment of candidates who may not score many votes. Sensitive though that may be, I think the electorate are entitled to know this information and I can't think of another election in which the electorate aren't given it. Be that as it may, that should not prevent publication of the turnout %.

The caters are A.B.M ltd who have eight active directors. Four of which have the surname Coates. Yes, the family. I find it quite ironic that in the Sentinel report a “Club Spokesman” is quoted as saying “Since then we have worked closely with our catering partners” I would also query the timing of Sentinel report which refers to an EHO inspection in March.

All of them Ive said it for years. Until there is root and branch change in the personnel at the club we are up shit creek

I just read the report on our food standards.... I am fucking pissed at the club! I work as a cook for a living, I do 50+ hours a week. And if that had happened in my establishment I would loose my fucking job!! Food hygiene is no joke you can fucking kill someone

My arse.[/quot My Daughter had a job there on the corporate side there serving in the boxes two season ago.The hours were longer than she should have been working for her age ,Had to buy her own uniform, money was below minimum wage for the hours she worked. She Only got two worthwhile tips the time she was ther, and for the wife to pick here up was a nightmare because of the traffic control or volume of traffic trying to get away hours after the match. In the end towards the end of the season we just said to her if she did not want to go she did not need to.The Only good think she got experience of working while at 6th form and how companies rip off people for there own ends. This was the time when Stoke was one of the football clubs high lighted for this in the press and by the sounds of it it has not changed.😬😬😬
