Got the payment page on the live page, but it asks for my mystoke username when the mystoke profile only refers to my email address. Any idea how I can locate it (I can't remember it!). It’s Absolutely crap - every time I log in via my mystoke account, and try to purchase by hitting the “buy now” button, I’m redirected to the log-in 😤😤

👍 What if you want to see the game on the mobile phone, and don't have access to WiFi - will there be any extra charges from the telephone company? Of course there will, you will be using your mobile data unless you have unlimited data

Seen some of the community saying we are on ifollow but when I went there we were listed as one of the clubs not adopting. At this point, for me 23 hours before the game I still have no answer from the club and no way of seeing tomorrows game. Gonna be begging Rob to see if I can start a tab. Yes, had read that....couple of times

I'd be all over this, but the fact that it seems to be only available through Stoke's website leave me less than confident (as well as seeing some of the replies above). To pound my hesitation home, I get a 404 page when trying to re-register my old account and read the privacy policy. Stoke's website really needs a revamping, the "navigation" is tiresome. I may wait and eat the 130 price tag later down the road if this plays out to be worth it. Why don't they just go directly through EFL's iFollow website? It's not like they appear to be price hiking...what?, am I all of a sudden gonna buy more Stoke merchandise because the stream is only through their site?

I had loads of trouble initially getting the season pass but emailed the club and it was to do with my cross site tracking being enabled. I disabled it and then we could access the pass Not sure this is the problem for people but it worked for me

Despite getting a 404 error message when I went to the log on site, I was able to renew my subscription. Fingers crossed.

..... just signed up to the club’s “Enhanced Streaming Service” this morning praying that they had fixed things. Very happy to take my money at a cost of $ 220 (even e-mailed me the receipt.) However, it now says I’m not registered & nothing seems to be working!

Had the same issues the last couple of days. Emailed the support group about it. Received an email that did not address the issue I raised (i.e. I was clicking on pay for a years subscription and then getting redirected to Stoke City plus login page - despite being logged in - and then unable to find any way to pay); which was not helpful.
Despite all that I was finally able to pay for the subscription this morning. Logged in, clicked on subscribe and everything was working. Paid my money, credit card charged, and am looking forward to emailing support at about 3.04pm BST when streaming isn't working (standard operating procedure).

Please help. I’m over in Santorini and yesterday I signed up for £5 to watch the game via the Stoke App and today I have no idea what I need to to to actually watch the game. Every link either doesn’t work or asks me to sign up again. I’ve had an email to confirm that my £5 has been paid. So frustrating
