Anyone listening to this podcast on Spotify? Well worth a listen if you’re a fan of The Clash, or music in general. It’s hosted by Chuck D (Public Enemy) and features a ton of interview footage, and digs into a lot of their influences like reggae, dub, early hip-hop and all that late 70’s and early 80’s New York stuff. 👍👍

Saw the Clash after Jones had left and they were not great, did a miners benefit in Brixton . Wish I'd seen them in their prime.

I never saw them live (bit before my time) but did get to see Strummer with the Mesqalitos before he died. Would have loved to have seen them in their heyday, especially those Bonds gigs in New York.
