You could have 89 James McClean’s for that!😀
Seriously though good move for Hazard, think he’ll excel at Real. His transfer should kick start the transfer season!

The money they've spent on Jovic is probably where they're getting the best value, the kid is awesome.

I imagine their transfer ban will be put back a window as they did that for Barça who then signed 3 players.

Great value when you put it next to Neymar at £200m. Even better when you compare it to £75m for lukaku.

Bargain for him.
I expected him to go for at least £120 million, superb player, big big loss for the Premier League.

The deals rising to 130million and Chelsea are ‘very confident’ of it reaching the 130million. So it’s considered to be a success for Chelsea. Particularly considering Hazard made it quite clear he wanted leave Chelsea and he only had 1 year left on his contract.

Typical of Stoke no ambition why aren't we in for him. My guess is because we were waiting for Christian Erikson. Erikson has stated he wants to leave Spurs for a new challenge and I would imagine running our mid field would be one of the largest ones of those you could wish for in the business at present. Get The Rep of out of the way this afternoon and then it will be announced at 11:30 tonight on page 47 of the Sentivale.

30+ goals easy at Real next season, he'll rip La Liga to bits.

Im a football fan like everyone else. I applaud excellent football when i see it. The English game and especially Chelsea will miss Hazard.
He does some beautiful things with a football. It was time for a new challenge for him. I just hope they let him play the role he wants because he does it quite brilliantly

So whats happened to FFP when Spanish clubs seem to do what the fook they like ,spend what they want and pay what wages they want. Scooping up Messi, Ronaldo,Bale,Neymar for vast sums... surely they are continually breaching the rules?

It doesn’t count for them a special dispensation from fifa So as to stop all the starving or war torn refugees from having to find Man Utd shirts

88m - 130m for a player who had 1 year left on his contract and was pretty much certain to go for free next summer is fantastic.
Chelsea have stuck one on Madrid here

Chelsea have stuck one on Madrid here we only managed to get 8m for n'zonzi. same situation and circumstances makes you want to weep and to rub salt into that wound, we paid 12m for berahino with only 6 months left on his wba contract

Scooping up Messi, Ronaldo,Bale,Neymar for vast sums... surely they are continually breaching the rules? The £88m won't all go against this year though as it is spread over a number of years. Take their 750M Euro revenue from 2017/18 and lets assume it is similar. They had a net profit of 30M. Their £220M of purchases will probably see around £60M go out from them this year. Lets also not forget they sold Ronaldo for a small amount last year too. Given the whole balance, I'd say they could buy another £250M of players this year and it wont hurt their FFP

One played for a middle of the table Prem team and didn't exactly have too many after him. The other is a world class player who one of the biggest clubs in the World wanted now rather than wait a year and be up against the rest of the top teams in the world. It's really not so simple as saying "both only had one year left"
