Only one comeback that will ever be imprinted in my mind for the rest of my life will be the Leeds game from 0-2 to 3-2 victory. The joy was not only that Stoke beat the best team in England but to beat nasty bastards like Bremner who never deserved the lauding he has received over the years. We were absolutely a great team with great players that played football as it should be played. I so loved that era.

Sept '93 Portsmouth 3-3 Stoke City. Came back from 3-1 down, think Beeston or Ware (maybe wrong with the scorer.) scored a good goal from outside the box to make it 3-3. Nearly 26 years ago, bloody hell. I was at that one too. I always thought Regis scored the equaliser? Think it was 93/94 season, either at the start or end as it was really sunny Thought John Gayle but could be thinking of a different game

The perfect comeback. Still every bit as beautiful even when viewed in 144p Shame you can't hear the stadium announcer, deep into injury time... " Will the Cardiff City fans please stay off the pitch as the team will be coming out for a lap of hon...………...Nooooooooooooooooooooooooo" The words Sing Fat and Lady spring to mind.

Thought John Gayle but could be thinking of a different game We had two 3.3 draws there, one in the sunshine when Stein and Regis scored (went that one) The other when Gayle scored (didn't go that one) The one in the sun was at the beginning of the 93/94 season. We were 3-1 down and Paul Walsh was running us ragged. Stein scored from an indirect free kick, and then big Dave galloped through late on to pinch an unlikely point.

Forgive me for this not being a stoke comeback,
What of my most memorable, and I only say memorable because I hate Birmingham. Was when we played Rotherham in 93.
Stein scored 2 and we won 2-0, so it was a good day anyway.
However at half time, the score Announcer says Swindon Town 0- Birmingham City 4.
Every one in the crowd booes.
In the car on the way home. Listening to the results, Swindon Town 6- Birmingham City 4
Well I pissed myself. Great day

Orient 93 1 nil down coming up to the 90th minute people leaving the up popped The Golden One to pull us out the shit with two very late goals...what a mental Thank you. I was beginning to think I was the only Oatcake poster at that match. In my top five all time favourite Stoke matches and in my top two mentals, alongside Assaidiiiii!

This shows my age but Stoke 3 - Barnsley 3 in the FA Cup in 88-89. If memory serves me right, we were 3-0 down at half time, and then we dominated the second half. Only to lose away 2-1. Heading towards the darkest days of Mick Mills.

Mate of mine is a Swindon fan, he went and his mate left at halftime 😀

They battered us and somehow we stole it with Sturridge and Sheron in the last minutes what I remember most was walking down the beautiful Luton High St afterwards and a few of their fans in the chippy started to taunt us not realising that we had won .Obviously left with a couple of mins to go.

David Currie was a bit of a player for them. Went to Forest but did little. Scored a belter that day. Think they were 2-0 up then 2-1 then 3-1 We had a goal disallowed late on as ball had gone out. May have been Gary Hackett In the replay we had a shot way over the line but wasn't given.
