I wasn’t sure when his name was being mentioned this time last year. Just reading about the Swansea fans views and they are on the whole really pleased with him and the way he’s got better turning around a relegated squad. Surprised by their belief in him. Well done Graham

He wouldn’t have turned this shower around. Not this season anyway.

He’s done a decent job there in very difficult circumstances.

Swansea have fallen off a cliff financially. Fans of theirs I know fear a fight for survival next season. Think the owners will sell off all their better players. If not, they could do well, the way they've finished this season.

Will be very tough for him next season. It’s rumoured they need to raise around £30m in player sails over the summer due to their poor finances.
Their more consistent form has come since James found his mojo and he’ll be one of the first out of the door.

If Swansea don't sell some of their better players then they're not going to get very far financially.
They need to raise cash. They'll do well if they can keep some of the better players but I suspect they might struggle next season if they get sold.

Around Christmas, there were some very vocal supporters on their forum who wanted him sacked.
Perhaps there's a lesson there for our supporters.

Generally though they've been progressive in recent months. Kind of showing the form at this stage I wanted to see us having, to make me think we will kick on. Alas not.

I think he has done a great job under very bad circumstances, Huw Jenkins took a risk and it paid off, they could have imploded. As it turned out they made us look like amateurs and played us off the park.

Has done well though and hopefully he'll get a chance to bring in a few more during the Summer as reward. They still look a basket case of a club from the outside-in but credit to Potter for laying some good foundations this year. www.soccerstats.com/homeaway.asp?league=england2

Good manager and will get better. I've advocated him for a job here for a long time.
We have potentially a far better manager currently though. Just a bit of time to get it right...

Prediction. Swansea will not struggle next season. It's not completely comparable but Ostersund were not blessed with high quality players (even in Swedish terms) when Potter got there. He can coach and motivate whoever he has to work with it seems.
