Didn’t see the game live yesterday but noticed in the last few games, and yesterday’s highlights that the general body language of the players is languid. Slumped shoulders and heads down a lot. Ok there’s not much to play for, summer on the way, end of season etc but come on, surely more than two or three of them should give a shit?

Once again I don’t think they played like they didn’t care, we lacked intensity as usual but this particular group of players seem incapable of playing that type of game unfortunately. They just aren’t good enough collectively that’s the long and short of it, massive changes are required.....

Have to say, the only one who looked like he really gave a shit on Friday was fans favourite Clucas!

Have you only just noticed?
They've been playing like that all season.

The players aren’t motivated by the manager.
It really is that simple.

I'd say McClean always gives 100%, he's just not very good that's all. I'd also argue Baath gives 100% as did Edwards and Collins who was our best player, and Verlinden definitely did. Allen is good at looking like he gives 100%
and the argument that there is nothing to play for is complete garbage.
Did you see Fulham today?

I agree with the above and the post that Clucas really looked like he was trying yesterday. How effective or productive all McClean's and Allen's efforts are is debatable. I also thought Federici looked secure apart from their goal when I think 3 players were culpable for "leaving it to someone else." I thought Afobe also put in a shift, so that is well over half the team, so the OP is wrong. Conversely: I do agree that Williams, Etebo, and Vokes looked like they were going through the motions. After an improvement in form I think Williams is going backwards again. Etebo probably has one eye on the Africa nations Cup in June, and I am slowly coming round to the view that Vokes is not an improvement on Crouch, who would probably have scored from some of the heading opportunities Vokes has had recently.

Thinking the same regarding Crouch. Age is on Vokes side. But did we really pay 9m and give them Crouch😬
