They still happen y'know..... Banksy: proud of the club and the community Berahino: club will not stand for continued breaches of discipline - those days are gone (interesting line) Injuries: a few "war wounds" to be evaluated at the last minute Forest: good tempo & intensity, things came together but it's the start and we'll get better QPR: one of the first away games I'm really looking forward to because of where we are now, Champo is cruel, QPR haven't deserved poor results Fitness: we play a certain way and it takes a different level of athlete, players are getting used to intensity, takes months and years to build up a successful team Confidence, attitude, loyalty: what I see is not what has been reported, ex-player said something that is categorically wrong, I see a good group, we're seeing the initial blossoms of what we've planted Squad: we want two top players competing for every position Penalties: we've got three or four players you'd class as recognised penalty takers so hopefully ( ) one of those will step up and put it to bed

At the start of the season I really wanted Graham Potter at the club because he was a young coach with fresh ideas and positivity. NJ seems very similar to Potter, his conferences are always positive and he clearly knows what he wants and expects from players. I like him more each week I hear him and see what he what he is trying to build. After the last two abysmal appointments I genuinely think we've got the right man this time. I can see us finishing the season strongly, too late for a play off push obviously but in Nathan we trust.

He is every inch a Potter type appointment and one that should have been made in the summer.

So to sum up we're going to batter QPR but they will win a game they didn't deserve to!

Did anyone mention we ain't won in London since God knows when? We've barely won anywhere so there's nothing special about London.

Love the bloke. You can see the passion from him when he talks and the feeling that he will do whatever it takes to take us to the next level.
