Just seen him in the Orange Tree, sat on his own eating his tea, didn't speak to him as he was eating his tea. I think it was him anyway, anyone else seen players eating their tea and not spoken to them?

Mark Viduka eating lunch in a restaurant in Bradford around 2001. Man, he was built like a brick shithouse.
Mike Pejic eating his tea at the Plough in Endon two or three years ago - well, would you interrupt him?

Don't care too much about his eating habits, but I've been impressed by Batth since his arrival. Without doubt our best central defender and didn't cost a fortune either.

Tony Pulis on a family outing in Bournemouth several years ago. He kept staring at me at the next table, which stopped me from staring at him.

I spotted dave Bamber once in the berni Inn milehouse. Think he had a curry. Half rice half chips. He had curry all down the front of his top.

I think it was him anyway, anyone else seen players eating their tea and not spoken to them? I saw him in The Wayfarer in Stone on Sunday just gone. Maybe part of his signing on fee was a big pile of Paragon Pub Group giftcards? If anyone spots him in the Swan with Two Dicks or Block House please report back on this thread and confirm my theory.

Just seen him in the Orange Tree, sat on his own eating his tea, didn't speak to him as he was eating his tea. I think it was him anyway, anyone else seen players eating their tea and not spoken to them? Sat literally a couple of feet awat from Peter Shilton in a Cornish beach side restaurant. I so wanted to talk to him and get his autograph but couldn't bring myself to disturb his romantic meal :-(

Sir Clive Woodward in a pub in Cornwall, he sat at the bar having a quiet pint.
A chap went to the bar and asked the barman, quietly, if he thought Sir Clive would sign an autograph.
Top of is voice, barman shouted to Sir Clive asking if he could be bothered to sign something for “this star struck tourist”.
Fair play to Sir Clive, he not only signed an autograph for him, but bought him a pint too!
Came across as a real top bloke.

Me and old boy sat next to Mark Prudhoe and his family at Hanley McDs. Old boy spoke to him for a bit. All a bit surreal. I also served big Chris at meir park McDs back when he was playing with us and he was still in his training gear. Can still remember he ordered a supersize chicken premier meal with 20 chicken nuggets. Was a cracking bloke who spoke to me for ages.

Never seen a footballer eating their tea, but I imagine if I did it would be David Batty eating ribs in a Harvester in Reading.
