I've been coming to Stoke for well over 20 years, and, obviously, I have seen some shite.
However, as a group, this is the most unlikable - a bunch of mercenaries who are on stupid money for contributing fuck all, equally over hyped and under talented. No fight, we just roll over and get torn apart by bang average sides and no passion, you wouldn't see anyone take one for the team, bust a gut or put their body on the line for the cause.

Ive been posting this for months, horrible over paid twats. That's the thing though isn't it. Was today really worth so much anger? 3 years ago this would've been a frustrating defeat, the kind that would've ended fairly muted. Had that been at home today, they'd have been booed off. Every week, people flock on here to tell others how much scum the players are, how they are overpaid wasters who aren't worth the jobs they're in. How the manager(s) is a fraud, the CEO is a waster, the lot. How it's the worst they've ever seen (you've all definitely seen worse). It's just a default mindset now. It's hard for people to break out of that, and it's no wonder that the mood around the club is shit. The overreaction on here wouldn't have happened at 1-0 either, it's the second goal that got this week's poison going.

After last year, I've disagreed in the past. But yeah, new signings aside, horrible bunch of entitled wankers.

Last time I had the same absolute visceral dislike for a group of Stoke players was the Chic Bates, Chris Kamara and Brian Little team of 97-99. This team has the same gutless, down tools ethos of that team.

Not excusing them but the atmosphere on the training ground and in the dressing room must be toxic, surprised we got anyone in in the window, should imagine 99.9% of them are dreaming of escaping.

I'd be happy if Jones had brought his entire Luton team with him as a complete swap.

It's the lack of heart that hurts
You can knock McClean and quite rightly so as he lacks in a number of departments but at least he plays like he cares.
Biggest culprits
Butland Indi Clucas Ince
Some of the others it's just down to lack of quality.
I liked the look of Batth today as he played with some heart and Vokes was OK won a lot in the air but needs a proper striker alongside him. How we miss Adam at the moment.

This is just random bollocks about which players you don't like surely. Both are visibly gutted when we lose and buzzing when we win.

There is no charisma in this team at all, just useless cloggers. Absolute shite.
Urghh.

It's a major fucking problem when I'm finding myself thinking that James McClean is one of the more likeable players. Fuck me, what have we become?

Indi's way to casual and rarely shows any passion and Butland thinks he's doing us a favour playing for us and it shows. He needs to keep off twitter and concentrate on his footy. Not the player he was.

I know it’s been commented on many times, but Clucas shushing the crowd was pathetic and unnecessary.
