I was just having a quick search to see how Marc Muniesa is doing at Girona and my attention was drawn to their striker Cristhian Stuani. I vaguely remember him scoring a decent amount of goals in a poor Middlesbro side a couple of years ago but I see he has scored 33 goals in 50 appearances for Girona in la liga. Do we need to forget about these johnny foreigners or are they still worth a gamble?

I’d prefer to stick with Campbell in all honesty.
Most exciting talent we’ve had in years, utilise him.

Overnight we will become an hermetically sealed geographic area enjoying a 1950s economic outlook. It will be like garlic bread never happened. Jumpers for goalposts and spam fritters all round.

Some positives then?

I’d prefer to stick with Campbell in all honesty. Most exciting talent we’ve had in years, utilise him. I think you are allowing hope to run away with you a little, he took his two goals against Shrewsbury very well but drifted in and out of the game and on Saturday didn't really do anything. After a couple of games it seemed like Adam Rooney would re-write our goal scoring records but that didn't quite work out.

Couldn’t put it better myself, small steps at a time with Campbell will be th3 best for him and the club.....

I was actually suggesting that Stuani might be a player to keep an eye on because he has scored 33 goals in 50 appearances in la liga but hey ho,

Would you like to be the first to volunteer walking the plank?

I'm not argumentative by any stretch of the imagination but I'm a little confused as to why this thread has got 'the anchor' and my subsequent thread, minus the 'johnny foreigner' tongue in cheek thread has been deleted. I have a genuine opinion that Stuani may well be a viable option for Stoke at a viable fee. In other words, what the fuck is happening?
