What changes were made following the club's relegation as were alluded to in the official statement made following said relegation?
Has Mark Cartwright been listened to with advice around recruitment? if so surely some of the blame around transfers can be levelled at him and if not then why is he still employed?
Have we made attempts to try and get a manager in now who will look to academy setup and try and integrate players? Given the amount invested we seem to have employed pulis, rowett and hughes who seemed relunctant to use it in favour of aged pros with little to no sell on value. I dont accept Hughes and Rowett's use of Edwards as both tried to replace him with Martina and an over the hill johnson. Surely we need a joined up approached across all levels.

Does anyone else find it truly remarkable that both coates and Scholes have removed the covers from over their heads at the very first hint of optimism? Scholes really is a piece of work. He was booked to appear before the Leeds game, you know that right?! Don't suppose he changed his mind because of the shit shows that were Brentford & Shrewsbury did he?

If Benji doesn't ring up I'll be very disappointed. Tony has been prepping all day on how to deal with him and Tony is most definitely ready to lock horns. He's going to leave you all breathless on Thursday evening with his performance. Also, with the major announcement he is ready to make. Pistols at dawn like real gentlemen or the mans a coward

There is a rumour going on that you're actually being paid for what you do. Is this true or false?

Bollocks is it a big day. There will be some scripted answers, zero pressure.
I don't know why anyone is wasting their time articulating questions. None will be asked. I'd even go so far as to say they'll probably make them up.

And our first question for Tony tonight on BBC Radio Stoke Sport at Six comes from Mavis in Harriseahead who asks “What is your favourite colour?”

I'd even go so far as to say they'll probably make them up. Yes it will be the equivalent of being grilled by Des O'Connor. The toughest question will be along the lines of, 'it was disappointing to go down and make yet another series of disastrous signings and another calamitous managerial appointment but its largely been a story of success, Tony. What would you see was your biggest achievement of your many huge achievements in your 15 years at the club? While you think about that here's Tina Turner with 'Simply the Best'.

To be fair, it's an hour-long live phone-in. So it's hard to stage manage it to that extent.
And after going into hiding for 6 months after the "lessons have been learned" interview during which we've plumbed new depths of incompetence in every aspect of the club, there are things I'd rather do even if I was on the £1m-a-year he reportedly is.
He'll obviously come through unscathed - because that's just what he does and he's been down this road before.
He's lucky this coincides with a bit of a Jones bounce or it would've been more uncomfortable.

It's more the context of the current mood, If he comes on and avoids questions then it's probably not going to help the feelings towards our exec/recruitment team...perhaps we will be surprised and I suppose he's probably feeling a bit nervous as well.

Serious question. Why haven't the food and drink kiosks in the ground got card readers installed?
Contactless card payment is quickly becoming the standard method of payment for small value transactions and most people under 40 rarely carry cash with them on a routine basis. Almost everywhere now has card readers even the buses, why does a multi million pound operation like Stoke City not have them in the ground?
It's not just a convenience issue I'm sure it's costing the club a lot of money too. Not just from people like me who forget to bring a tenner with them to the game so consequently can't buy anything (I'd estimate there's quite a large number of people who find themselves in that position every week). There's also the top up purchases where someone wants a third pint after a good first half but they've only bought a tenner out with them so can't get one etc. They must be losing out on thousands per week and the problem will get bigger with each passing year as cash use continues to decline.

As an addition to this question I've copied a post I've made in another thread about our online offering (in reference to the £5 tickets which can't be purchased online) and wondering whether there are any plans to revamp it and bring our ticketing system up to date? It's ridiculous that one of the smallest clubs in League One (Shrewsbury) can have downloadable, printable online tickets yet with all our millions, owners with online expertise and a decade in the Premier League we can't do that. In 2019 it should never be the case that a club of our size has tickets that can't be purchased online and can only be done using traditional physical means like telephoning or physically going to the ticket office. Whether we like it or not online isn't the future any more, it's the present. There are a generation of fans now that have grown up only knowing the online age and do virtually all of their purchasing online usually with their smartphone. I'm not talking kids either, this includes people as old as their late 20s now. For many of these people online is their first and only point of reference. If they can't find a deal online they either completely miss it and don't know it exists, or they'll decide it's too much hassle to ring up, stay on hold then arrange physical collection from the ticket office and just won't bother. Whereas if they could have done it online with an online barcode ticket that they can have scanned direct from their phone (so even avoiding the hassle of having to print the ticket out) they'd have bought the ticket. People can laugh at this and swipe at lazy, snowflake millennials who expect everything to be handed to them on a plate etc but these people are the future of our support, this is the world they've grown up in and live in and this is what they expect. If the club doesn't cater for this ever growing segment of our fan base they'll lose them.

My serious question would be.
Tony the club promised a ‘major overhaul’ at the end of the catastrophic failure of last season, you as CEO would no doubt have been charged with delivering large parts of that overhaul.
Can you please let me know the top 5 things you did to deliver this overhaul and what benefits we are now seeing from it?
Thanks.

Even so ,no need for the aggression. Doing his job. We made some unbelievable signings and some that flopped. SAF signed as many disasters as good players at Man U and had spending power we can't dream of

As you say, staggering in this day and age and it's not like this is new technology that's suddenly appeared either.
