How big are our chances to reach the play offs (and possibly PL)? 23%? There's more chance of me going to the moon. I will be happy now to see positive improvement from now until the end of the season, we win at Derby. Derby fail to make the play offs and somehow we finish above them.

How big are our chances to reach the play offs (and possibly PL)? 23%? ZERO!! We are in as scrap, make no mistake. I can’t pick one player who can create a spark and that’s what’s missing.

None.
We wont finish top half this season and we wont go up next season either. Strap in because we are in this league to stay. We have had our 10 years in the sun its time for the long, dark winter and this squad of players is 2-3 years of rebuilding, we have 1 prospect in Campbell and a club full of nobodies who couldnt spot a decent player if we spend the money.
If i was Jones id be worried, very worried. Arnie was right, Hughes was right, Rowett was right the clubs in full decline mode and its rotten from the top down. We will see L1 football before we see the Prem again.

Bigger chance of being relegated than even getting in the top 10, never mind the play offs.

Play offs? We’ve given up on automatic already then? The chairman stated a good while ago that we had readjusted our expectations. It is very obvious that far too many assumptions and far too little care was taken in preparation for the new season. Honestly, our "experts" at the club have been ill advising for years now, and that had to come down on Cartwright, doesn't it?? Surely he is meant to be the expert, the voice of reason, the adviser to both chairman and manager? If he isn't then we don't need him or his job title at the club at all and we should go old school (manager full control). How can our owners be so distant? So deluded? So far away from the truth?

Play Offs.? I think almost everybody has given up on that expectation.
What is most worrying now is my and a growing number of others almost passive acceptance of the dross that we are being served game after game. I have no optimism before games and expect the worse, and accept it when it arrives.
I will renew my ST’s next season but I am expecting a severe drop in numbers doing the same. A sure sign of the continuing decline of a club dissintergrating before our eyes.
The management need to take some drastic decisions both upstairs and on the ground or we are destined to another long long period of mediocrity and frustration for a long time to come.

This season is gone. NJ needs to have a look at the players now and decide who needs keeping (which is a far shorter list than who needs keeping).
Where's the "project 120 points" guy by the way - who thought we'd lose like 4 games all season?

We just need to start creating something for next season now, give Jones everything and hope that he was the right appointment because we can't sack again this summer or we're fucked.
Jones is our man.

We are mid table fodder at best. I’d just love for us by the end of the season to show some sparks for next season. Ilrhats all I’m hoping for. My expectation have lowered so much since December.
The clock is ticking in the window, I do expect players to come in and out if this happens, no sign yet i will be more positive, if not and we continue with what we have it could be extremely demoralising.
And we only have Leeds on Saturday. Oh the joys

Let’s hope we don’t go into free fall and get relegated. In saying that I don’t think we will. I have faith in Jones.

I can make do now with doing enough this season where we are comfortably enough above the relegation zone. We push on next season with his philosophy and the players he wants at the club.

8pts adrift with 57 still left to play for. Also, many of the teams above us still to play, so who knows? It's early days as far as Jones is concerned, plus there's a few days of the transfer window still to go. Maybe we should be a bit more optimistic and get behind him and the team?

Now if you’d said what chance is there of us getting relegated, it’d be a different story. I can’t see us winning a game at the moment. Is the fact that Jones is trying to change things too quickly putting us in more danger? At least with Rowett (and I know the idiot had to go) you could at least see us picking up a few points. Hope to god Jones can sort this mess out sooner rather than later.

At the moment, with the CBs we have.
Forget everything else with these CBs we will conceed too many goals. Simple as that.
