1) Jon is running the show
2) We've spent nearly £50,000,000 and have spent as much on wages this year as every other club in the division put together
3) Peter Coates is beyond reproach.

The owners have made bad decisions at times but they aren't the issue. They will make any manager the best backed in the league

The owners have made bad decisions at times but they aren't the issue. They will make any manager the best backed in the league They are the problem if they don’t take action when they need to. Coates has a track record of taking action too late. That’s the main reason we got relegated in the first place. We have a 2 year window to be a top club in this division and Rowett is clearly going to blow the first of those 2 years If anyone keeps on doing the same thing over and over and expecting different outcomes they are to blame for their failure. This applies to Coates as much as it applies to Rowett. BM

Having enjoyed the upside of a local beneficiary for a number of years We have now suffered from the downside of having an overly emotionally attached owner who allows sentiment to cloud hard business decisions - I totally get it but maybe we need some steely decisiveness in the board room...

Stoke city is an aquasition, a toy .. a sports car never to be driven... Coates doesn’t care where we are as a club as long as he ownes the club !! This is the only scenario that makes any sense as to why we’re so badly run by such a good businessman!!

I noticed today that Peter and his wife were sat about 3 rows from the front rather than their usual front row seats🤔Has this been the case all season?

That would explain why a few times I've looked up this season and seen a half empty front row. I think it's pretty obvious that the batten has been passed to John this season going right back to the appointment where Peter was missing from the photos.

Afobe £12.5M Ince £12M Mr. Runs-a-lot £6M Woods £6M Etebo £6.8 Clucas £6M Williams loan £££? Martina loan £££? In addition both Allen and Butland got new expensive contracts to stay if I remember it correctly! More than £50M to produce these shit performances over and over again! This is really so unimpressive that any manager in this division hardly could do any worse, and I put emphasis on any!

Mrs Coates has had an operation, the recovery from which is affecting her mobility, hence the reason they now sit on the aisle seats nearest the exit to the directors concourse bit.

I think Denise Coates will have a big say in whats happening at the football club. Remember it's Bet365 which is the parent company of Stoke City. Ultimately it's her money and I believe she will want an input in decisions.

Mrs Coates has had an operation, the recovery from which is affecting her mobility, hence the reason they now sit on the aisle seats nearest the exit to the directors concourse bit. That's the reason, trust me, that is genuinely the reason.
