They must be dreading the police bill for this game plus the damage that could be caused to the ground. It seems every man and his dog are going, proper old faces day out. The last time the unwashed came down the Brit they ripped seats out and caused damage in the concourse..... I’m getting the word.....karma I am guessing that the average age of stokiesfor this one will be below 25 I am an old cunt50+ but I don't know anyone who is going???? Really? Must not know many people then.

It’d be easier to switch this game to Stoke and have done with it 600 hundred tickets would be taking over the ground

Everyone needs to go,this will be a historical night in football, when the away team fills the ground with the home team supporter's playing the role of the away team.it will go down as "I was there on a cold shitty night in burslem"

Not got a ticket yet but this will be one not to miss - it's going to be a bizarre evening not to be missed - I implore as many Stoke fans as possible to attend I was going to go in with the unwashed but think I'll wait for another stand to be opened.

This is going to be a night to remember, we should really take the piss and not smash the place to smithereens like they will expect us too but clean it like the Japanese did at the World Cup! We can claim yet another moral victory then about care in the community and if any of us have community service they can claim that’s part of it!

Smurf on radio stoke. Reckons they'll have to open another stand for stoke fans as we've sold out the hamil end. Vale sold 400 tickets. 🤣🤣 Fucking hell this will be a mental night. Ace ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/800541/images/kwfoKwtHI0jglJZ4qZf6.gif)

I wonder if that FAT Git will be in the middle of Hamil Road ..... Hold the Line, Hold the Line? I can remember this thread on the Oatcake from a few years a go. His name is Big Les, he is not a bad lad. He just supports the wrong club. He almost went in to hidding for a while due to him being the centre of attention when he was all over Youtube and Facebook and the Oatcake. Some one who us good with the tinternet thingy ma jiggly needs to dig it up again and let the younger Stokies see what piss taking really is. Stand firm, stand firm.

I'd have been far happier if no Stoke fans were going.
It's a dog's dinner of a competition and 4k+ paying at the gate is a nice little earner we could well do without them having.
You stupid fools.

Smurthwaite is a legend, He's lost his blue-ish tan, He's fucking up the valiants, Cause he's a City fan! Might as well just all go dressed as smurfs, cause he gives about as much of a shite about Vale as we do....

Why could we do without them having the money? Sooner they go out of the league and business, the better. So you’d rather no rivalry at all? How boring.

Why could we do without them having the money? Correct me if I'm wrong ..... I thought that we got 45% of the gate receipts after expenses?

We haven't played them for years anyway, they're on a massive downward spiral, they've taken money off the council with very little chance of it being paid back. Time for the needle.

I won't be going because I think this is a competition we shouldn't be in. The FSF Conference debated this and came out in opposition to this format. Fans of many L1 & L2 clubs are boycotting the competition because of the introduction of under 21 teams from PL and Championship. Some are just boycotting games involving those teams. I support them, and to go would feel a bit like crossing a picket line. It's their competition not ours. We wouldn't have liked this when we won it "two times".

Malcolm thats far too sensible This is about a club (Vale)that always had support across the Potteries from both sets of fans, but when we became rivals in the 1990s their fan base took great glee in what appeared to be our permanent demise. In fact I recall the insult that they were the biggest club in the City I am in my 50s and I recall going to see the Vale when we were away and I had nothing to do ( as a young person I didnt have the cash to travel much). I never want any harm to their club and want them to do well- but I have a long memory so may rock up for the game in the hope of seeing Stoke take two thirds of the ground and make a point...Its nothing to do with the competition this one
