in the premiership?
And how many goals do you think he will score?
I certainly feel he can cause alot of defences problems even in the premiership, certainly the sides in the second half of the table.
Whether he'll score as many as last season remains to be seen, but i still think he's score goals for us at premiership level, and with hopefully good competition for him up-front in hopefully the likes of Lita and Harewood he can produce his best form.
Thoughts?

Good at champ level, I hope I'm wrong but I think he is too greedy at prem level.

I agree with you miffmister, I think he will struggle unless he learns how to pass.

if he's back on from, which i dont think he has been since the wolves game, he should be easily good enough for this new level and hopefully will get at defenders, if he's not on form, he will be a regular on the bench i would think :-\

It all depends who we can bring in....but even so I reckon he could score 10-15 goals.

I think he could become our Ole Gunnar Solskjær. Bring him on when we need that important goal.... I dont think he could hack a full 90 min prem match....
Plus he to greedy

I think if he gets the right partner he will do fine, i can see him making the space for someone else to score the goals.

We need to set our sights higher than this if we are to survive. Fuller will make a sub, full stop!!!

We need to set our sights higher than this if we are to survive. Fuller will make a sub, full stop!!! I think thats a bit harsh Moorlander, he is one of the best strikers in the championship i dont think he will have any problem making the step up as he has the skill. The key thing is keeping him fit and in the right frame of mind.

He isn't good enough to play the lone striker role as he is way too lazy i.e. he stops playing once he loses possession or tackled,he would be good if he worked on this side of his game i.e. gets up of his arse and works a lot harder then he would be more effective!

I think he'll do ok in the Premeirship. But although I wouldn't be as harsh as Moorlander, I do think he might be most useful as a second half impact player. It all depends upon who else we have available but some of Ricci's best perfomances have been when he has come on in the second half and been awesome. TP has often been rightly criticised for not having a plan B. But when Fuller was used as a sub he was often a very effective Plan B.

I agree with what most have said, Fuller has the ability to do well at the top level, but he must learn to pass the ball more, Prem defenders just wont let him walk it around them like he's used to doing. I believe that if Tone brings in a quality proven goalscorer, Fuller could then work more as a support than our main threat, which obviously may suit him more, thats if he passes of course.

0 goals in 30 games at prem level so no he wont be effective think we might see him alot as sub but with the way he can run at people he might be another cresswell next year i.e, striker on the wing ???

If I had Sidibe suppoting me up front,I dont think I would pass it either! I personally think he will do fine.......full stop!

If he is partnered up front by more quality and we have some genuine passing quality in midfield I think he will do ok

Fuller needs someone big and strong, like Sidebi, to win all the headers etc, without this Fuller will do nothing in the Premiership

The jury is out but i think every one knows that Fuller is at his best when the ball is at his feet, he isn't a goalscorer, if we started him week in ,week out next year he'd probably bag at the most 5 goals, but he does make things happen for others around him. If i was the manager, i'd sign two goalscorers who work relatively hard and leave Ric on the bench so he can come on and do something special.

If we play 4 4 1 1 with RF as the lone striker we will get smothered every week against top class defenders.
We need 2 orthodox strikers (no disrespect to Mama) then RF will get more proper opportunities without being marked by 2 or 3 players. Also a midfield play maker..........

I agree with miff I'm afraid, I really hope I'm wrong but just have this feeling that he won't quite do it, or at least won't feel as special. It does depend on the service though.

hmm. From what ive seen, hes a battering ram of a player, and usually, that doesnt suit the premier well.
Greedy can work, but fuller isnt good enough to justify being greedy.
Kamara from us, better suited to the prem, and scored a score a single digits from us.

Fuller will be fine in the premiership . Goal's is not really what he's about and I'd predict he'll get around 10 . imo we need to sign another striker who will weigh in with a few goals . Don't get me wrong I'm a big Mama fan and I'll think he'll be a useful member of the squad next year but the lack of goal's will tell as you can't see Cresswell and Lawrence getting as many as they did last year .

think fuller has finally found a club an/or manager he loves to play for. He may not of scored 20 goals this season but how many corners and free kicks did he win that we then scored from. Never seen a player run through 3or 4 defenders like he does. fuller aint lazy either. he saves his energy for attacking also i doubt his knees would hold up to diving tackles etc. reckon we could do with another striker to mix it up against differnt types of opponents but think fuller will do the same job hed did this in the prem.

Kamara from us, better suited to the prem, and scored a score a single digits from us. Very wrong on the battering ram comment, on his day he has more skill with the ball at his feet than most players in this country. He is unstoppable when he's on fire. The problem is, he's not on fire often enough. If Pulis gets his signings then Fuller will be an impact player, he likes to bring him off the bench and that has always seemed to be when we've got the best out of him. I'm hoping \ expecting something along the lines of Harewood and Zamora starting for us up front next season.
