Yes yes, and yes!!
That's it really, nothing more to add. Great work lads, great work Gary - and it really did feel like the two went hand in hand tonight.

Loses points for Crouch and Fletcher. No need. Loses another one for playing Bojan too deep. He's a number 10.

8 - would've preferred to see Bera off for McClean but a very good performance overall despite the wobble mid way through 2nd half.....and a CLEAN SHEET ffs.....

8* good solid performance and should have been a more convincing win but 2-0 at home with some lovely football thrown in as well can't really grumble about anything. Oh and a clean sheet! Gouranga.

Bojan coming deep when required really worked well I thought, they struggled to pick him up and it played havoc with their shape..... and taking the forwards off was a good call because they were absolutely knackered by that point. a solid 8 for me....I don't see that GR did anything wrong tbh

8: good team selection, clean sheet, 3 points, Woods is a star, Ince is scoring goals, getting the best out of Saido, and a late cameo from McLean which made the second goal.

His game is further forward playing off a front man, where he can create and score. Fletcher shouldn't be in the match day squad and Crouch just lengthens any game he plays in. Bolton from the start of the second half were lengthening the game as it suits them and it took us ages to get to grips with it, calm down and get back to some football. I'm delighted with the win and clean sheet. Just giving my honest appraisal.

9* very good performance, McLean sub worked well thought he did well when he came on. Could of had a hatful of goals but starting to look like a decent team now.

Teriffic night out. Absolutely no complaints. Could have been 5-0.

Bringing on Crouchy and Fletch at 89 minutes was pointless though.

The best so far this season. Should have put a Wembley semi final score past them tonight, but happy with 2 and a clean sheet. Still need to cut out the little wobble we have during games but we must take some confidence from a great all round effort.

Solid team selection, great to see ince bojan & woods playing off each other. Subs were positive ( Bera n Fobe were kernackered) Bindi n Williams worked harder at their roles. No hoofball. No 2nd half gifts. Clean sheet. Only negatives, took a while for 2nd goal and Bolton were shite, so can’t measure ourselves against them. Onwards!

9 from me. Pleasing that we're not the out and out hoofing outfit that I feared we would be under him. Playing some very good stuff at times.

Perfect 10. And I never give 10. What’s not to like? Picked the right team. Clean sheet. Created numerous chances. Could have scored 5 or 6. Quicker to the ball than Notlob. Cut out stupid mistakes Made subs at the right time - it even made sense to bring on Fletcher because the game was over and there was no reason to risk anyone getting injured or ... erm ... a red card (Charlie are you listening). Brilliant - I was doing high fives with myself because I was watching on my own and running around the house like an idiot. Can’t wait for Saturday.

9 More goals would have been a ten..
Spot on tonight. Bolton were shit, but we worked well on and off the ball tonight, I saw on numerous occasions multiple players closing it down.
We need a run of games now, pick up something Saturday this could truly be the start....

6, subs were soooooo predictable!!! Don’t be silly. What choice did he have? McLean for Bojan was fine (fresh pair of legs). Fletcher and Crouch came on when the result was beyond doubt and it saved players getting injured or getting a stupid red card (you know who I am talking about). That was excellent. The best performance in a long, long time.

The best performance in a long, long time. Well it's all about opinions innit.... My opinion was that Bojan had a good game, so Rowett could have taken Berahino off instead and replaced him with McClean.... Or... If he was gonna take Bojan off, he could have replaced him with Etebo!!! But seeing as he didn't use Etebo, he could have used him instead of Fletcher!!! The only one I suppose where I see your point is Crouch for Afobe, which is sorta like for like!!! As I said, the subs were soooooo predictable, if I was a betting man, I'd have bet my house on it, without a second thought!!!

8.5 *
I haven't seen anyone say it yet, But Bolton were absolutely awful. League 2 stuff. I don't care if they beat Derby the other day - this was dreadful.
Allen knew his role today and stuck to it. So did Woods and Bojan.
I'm not happy with our insistence of going long, with the players we have on the pitch it's not always the best answer.
He did right to include Bobo, Poor decision to omit Shawcross again (Williams played well enough)
To be honest I'll judge this one on it's own merit, it was an organised good win and I've rated it as such.
But I'll reserve judgement on GR until we start winning 2-0 against teams that try and press us instead of sitting off.
Bobo was subbed at the right time.
Fletcher shouldn't be on the bench.

Teams have been doing that to Stoke for a couple of years and I was staring to get very pissed off with it.

Teams have been doing that to Stoke for a couple of years and I was staring to get very pissed off with it. That spell just after halftime might support your claim. But they didn't press us. AAt times they had one or two at best pressing at sporadic intervals and put us under pressure, but they couldn't keep it up. Aside from those instances they looked shite. Was that because we were world beaters? I'm really not sure. The couldn't handle Allen or Bobo. I was impressed by their #7 whom apparently they signed because he scored against them from the halfway line in preseason. Their keeper was poor, their #8 was the poorest I've seen at the brit for some time. same goes for their leftback. I do think they were really really shit.

-Closest thing to a good starting XI he's made, although I would have kept Etebo and dropped Allen, but you know what they say...10 out of 11 ain't bad. -Subs were atrocious. Fletcher instead of Etebo is an embarrassment and Pottermus has more skill on the ball than McClean. -Still too much hoofball.
