I am completely baffled as to why we let Cameron go, with so little cover available at centre-back. Both Shawcross and Williams are out of form, the latter being a complete disaster.Yet we let Cameron leave, who could have done us a much better job at centre back or right back if needed. He is quicker and much more athletic than either Shawcross or Williams. I am convinced that if Geoff had been in the team we would not be leaking goals as we are. Even Collins from West Ham would be a more reliable short term option. He has always played okay when coming to Stoke.

I think Geoff wanted to go. Surprised but he didn't fancy hanging around. I suspect Rowett told him he want his kind of player.

Do you mean Geoff play 2 miss 3 games Cameron? Geoff played 186 games for us over 6 seasons. Are you suggesting during that time we played 465 games? 77 or 78 games a season? Well played sir 👍👍👍 😂😂😂😂😂

He'd strengthen us at centre half or right back right now, that's for sure. If he wanted to leave, there isn't a great deal we could have done. If he was told he was surplus to requirement, then it was a big mistake.

Geoff is certainly grabbing the headlines down at Loftus Road, McClaren was quoted in saying that he wished he had the opportunity of working with Geoff in the past,as he had the upmost respect for his impact on the English game, and that he had visited the then Bet365 on many occasions to witness Geoff’s performances, only to be left disappointed with the news that Geoff would be out injured !

Cameron was shot and he wanted to leave. In the last 2 games I can 'remember him playing (Huddersfield and West ham) he made more mistakes in a single passage of play than shawcross has made in 10 years.
Defensively we are crap. Geoff Cameron would have made us crapper.
Please stop this nonsense.
How did QPR get on this weekend?

You mean the same Cameron who was never good enough to hold down a centre half position? Not even with the USA.

A fully fit Cameron would have been a huge asset, without a shadow of a doubt. Unfortunately, he has rarely been 100% fit over the last 18 months, so I understand why we let him go. What I don’t understand at all is why we didn’t bring in at least one new center-half if the required quality. It’s fucking madness.

After Geoff's substitute appearance at West Ham last season, I prayed that he would never wear the shirt again
