Interesting line from Pete Smith in this Wizards of Drivel podcast "I've found out since that he was pretty much addicted to reading the Oatcake, and Mark Bowen posted on there" Christ knows what he must have made of this place, especially towards the end. The mind boggles and it becomes clearer why he used to get the odd little dig in in his interviews!  |

Having had a bit of an adulterous ogle around a few fans' forums (normally to look at write ups of our transfer targets or see if others thinks we are as doomed as we think), have to admit have found none on anything close to the level of TO.

Bowen was odd... I was listening to radio stoke once (I think it was against palace ???) , About 2:15 on match day and Bowen comes on starts saying we going to ditch this system and play this way instead , so and so is in , so and so is out . Then he says , perhaps I shouldn't be saying this stuff on the radio before the game Palace set up perfectly , against us , I forgot the score ! |

What I find most worrying about this development is that there are some on here who will take it as a sign that despite having no qualifications or experience in the area, they are tactical geniuses and will spout even more bollocks than they have already in the firm belief the club are watching and their supreme talent will be recognised with a job forthwith.
