Didn't talk about him bottling the subs and nobody asked him. Why leave tired Diouf and Allen on eh? I would get a wider size screen tv đź“ş, Diouf was subbed 84 mins ?

Came out of the traps with purpose and seized the initiative by going 2 up, but should have been so much more.
Sloppy goal given to them after going 2 up was typical of our brittle defence.
The Allen tackle for the free kick which lead to the equaliser was piss poor at best.
Usual poor use of subs did nothing to lift the energy of the team when it was flagging and I was half expecting them to snatch a winner.
At the start of the day I would have taken a draw but I'm properly annoyed we gave 2 points away.
Next 2 home games will give an good insight into where the team will be heading.

4 Fucked us with negative clueless subs against a piss poor side. 2 points dropped. No initiative taken. H A piss poor side that’s just won three on the bounce & has championship player of the month ?

7, his team worked well in the first half, went for it from the off and if it wasn't for some poor finishing we'd have been out of sight, the subs cam a tad late due to a quick throw in when we were trying to get them on, but wasn't surprised who came on given its a three game week.
Allen does need to be "rested" for the next one though to see if it improves things but I don't think he had a shocker tbh but he was stupid giving the foul away.

Just try Bojan there in same formation at home?

7. Harsh to blame the manager for school boy errors from supposedly good players. I thought subs were ok because we were clinging on therefore he was shutting up shop for the point.
We started superbly and should have been out of site. Even 2nd half we had chance after chance to wrap that game up.
I’ve walked away feeling pissed off that we let a lead slip but actually positive that it’s slowly clicking

3. A manager gets judged on results. He is failing to sort the backline out. We all can see the problem bar him. Shawcross, Alan and Crouch should not be here at all.

A great starting XI but the fear of losing overshadowed the desire to win. Surrendered a 2-0 lead and surrealistic substitutions. Two points lost.

7 from me. A point would not of been a bad result away there beforehand, however two nil up and to draw is disappointing. Think poor finishing and not being able to see out a game has undone us yet again. The next two home games this week are must wins though, over to you Mr Rowett.

It’s the day he managed to take us to a place in the league where we are
1 below hull
2 Rotherham have 50% more points than we do
Another catastrophic day at the office for Gary & co job on the line this week two defeats and he’s toast , table doesn’t Lie after ten games and he’d be in the bottom three After 9 with the biggest budget ,

Brilliant first 60 mins. Wasn't proactive at all. It was clear that we were knackered and needed subs to regain the initiative. Dawdled and we paid the price.

5 From me.
I actually thought the first 20 minutes were excellent.
Team seemed to be set up the right way and I thought: "even though these arent pressing us at all - we look good and everyone knows what they're doing"
Then we got done by the most simple of longballs which I don't think you can blame the manager for, and a string of criminal misses and wasted opportunities, you can't blame the manager for.
Then the subs...
You can blame the manager for Fletcher - he bottled the shit out of it, settling for 1 point hoping we don't get done again. It wasn't the game for Crouch. and It should've been Allen IF you insist on bringing on Fletcher.
I want to not be a cunt towards Rowett, but we're nearly 10? games in and we can't buy a fucking win. With the resources, he's had, with the time he's had, we should be at the other end of the table, but we aren't.
You'd imagine he has 3-5 games left to prove himself?
Down to the players? Definitely to a degree.
Down to Rowett? Definitely to a degree.
As Suffolk says above; he is not the man to get us back up...

For 35 mins we looked good then shit ourselves and returned to type with the manager compounding any decent work done by shit poor subs. We should never have lost that game they were there for the taking. What does me being at the game have to do with anything? I saw the whole 90 odd minutes so my opinion is as valid as anyones. 2 points dropped for me. On the positive side Woods was a breath of fresh air and certainly an upgrade on what we have had recently. H

For the first time in a long time I was optimistic watching Stoke after 22 minutes. If only we could play like that for 90 minutes. Thought Woods was outstanding. Some positives yesterday but defensively ??

5, watched on stream
Starting XI worked well, best we've played in years up until they scored.
-4 for keeping Joe Allen on the pitch. -1 for bringing on Crouch.

H After the equaliser feelings do cloud ones opinion and it felt like a defeat, but to go to Hillsborough against a Wednesday side who had won 3 on the bounce and containing the EFL player of the month i would have gladly taken a draw. For anyone at the ground it was a revelation, I forgot what it was like to see a Stoke side dominate a team by actually playing FOOTBALL ! Anyone knows you can’t judge a game by watching a flat screen ? And to say we only looked good for 35mins I suggest that you do adjust your set. The performance for me far outweighed the point and I know that we have seen the first significant step in our recovery.

I disagree in as much as I think you get to see a lot more that goes on whilst watching it on tv than sitting in the stands. Before big screens the amount of times we've scored at the other end and everyone was asking who actually scored I've lost count. That said I do find being at the match gives you a better feel for the game. I like your confidence though and I really do hope those first 35 mins that I appreciated are signs of things to come. EFL player of the month though? Come on! H

5: + More cohesive We have a goal scorer and a way of getting the ball to him - Poor game management Persistence with out of form players and bringing on Fletcher
