Xherdan Shaqiri or James McClean? I'm just glad I enjoyed Shaq while he was here. Question is eleven Shaqiris or eleven McCleans? I know Rowett would have the latter any day, and for once I'm not sure he is not right! 11 McCleans would make the play-offs in League 2. They would be remembered as a decent vale side.

Yeah fair enough. But I did say he couldn't always be arsed meaning sometimes he could. I just remember sitting at some games seeing him being a mardarse and flapping his arms around and it pissed me off. Plus I wasn't a massive fan of some of his comments at the latter end of the season. But I'm not saying I'd rather have his replacement that's for sure! Newcastle at home he certainly couldn't be arsed!! Piss poor. But having said that moody twat or not and didn't take a player on enough for me , he's better then anything we have on the wings for sure... Now that is shite... We were decent in this game until Adam decided to close his eyes and plat a defence splitting pass to one of their players.

do I give a f**k what he is doing ,he legged it soon enough ,If he had ounce of dignity he would have helped get us back up ,he was after all part of the team that got us relagated Imagine actually thinking that Shaqiri should of rejected Liverpool to play for Stoke in the championship Imagine expecting him to have produced this kind of display consistently for the people who paid him millions of dollars!

The crowd really got on his back in that game and he bucked his ideas up in the second half of the season. He was pretty much the only one doing anything to keep us in the fight. With hindsight I can forgive him for throwing his hands up in despair at what he had to work with on the odd occasion.

And a sure hit relegation candidate. As for the 11 Macs...it's Rowett's dream scenario. so better get used to parking in Burslem...

When you go watch Stoke play Vale, as a result of our manager wanting 11 McLeans in his team, we'll get relegated, unless they win promotion two years in a row, which I dont foresee.

I used the bus last time we played the Vale.
