Plenty to have a go at Rowett for, saying 'we had no game plan' is bollocks.
We put in 40 odd crosses yesterday. It's fairly obvious what our game plan was.
Whether it was right or not is a different comment, but we certainly had a plan.

I think Berahino is. Worryingly. Not Afobe? How come? Mainly because his contribution is not very good .The touch of an elephant, not particularly strong or quick and ...........- sorry struggling to think of anything that he does that is the mark of a competent forward.

Gary Rowett sees a different game to us. He hasnt got a clue. If we keep him we will go down again. I love Liam Lawrence on Radio Stoke straight talking tells it how it is and sees it from our point of view

What game was he watching today. On his post match interview on radio stoke he said we had good possession especially in the second half and created numerous chances!! Liam Lawrence wondered what game rowett was watching, as did I, cos we sounded poor on the radio. I completely agree with Rowett we battered them second half but we have no cutting edge to our play in the final third.

Whether it was right or not is a different comment, but we certainly had a plan. Oh yes indeedy, we had a plan. A cunning and subtle one. In fact a plan as cunning as a fox who's just been appointed Professor of Cunning at Oxford University. One could even go so far as to say it could well have been one thought up by Private Baldrick. Unfortunately, rather like the rest of Baldrick's plans, it had a fatal flaw. It was bollocks.

Don't like when people spout cliches like 'we don't have a game plan!' and 'the players just don't care' when it's not backed up even slightly on the pitch. Although i appreciate the reference

40 crosses suggests we have a clear plan and one many stokies would say is the way forward.
Problem was Crouch was man marked and our only attacker in the box. Where was berahino, etebo and Diouf when McClean was swinging them in?
I think we competed in the game but got outdone because they had a sharper striker in Gayle
Saturday wasn’t all bad for me considering it was away at a promotion candidate.
Rowett isn’t far from having us play football but he has to drop Allen who serves no purpose at the moment

Rowett sees what Rowett wants or thinks he sees which is far from reality or common fucking sense. A trait not seen in Stoke management for some fucking time now.

Rowett isn’t far from having us play football but he has to drop Allen who serves no purpose at the moment Diouf and Afobe were also swinging them in (or trying to!) because he played them on the wing and Berahino was behind somewhere in midfield where he’d been told to play....and there was the downfall of the plan. Very clear plan but very bad plan!
