I was at the game so couldn't really see there emotions on the tv, in fact i was still in the concourse buying beer to drown my sorrows before the second half started

I noticed Pieters and Mclean were singled out by the camera as they chit-chatted , I could be wrong but I thought it was because Leeds were making us wait? Anyways, I don't think it was anything to get our knickers in a twist over Thought Mclean and Bauer were the best for endeavour and attitude. We really do need to get the others heads sorted. There's a definite hang-over from last Season. Do we have such a person as a sports psychologist or do we just have Charlie Adam It was Pieters and I thought Afobe was involved as well. I watched from in front of the Directors box. It seemed a very long animated conversation with a lot of pointing towards the LB position. I wondered why the other players seemed to ignore them, notably Ryan. Regarding Ryan's leadership it seemed very lacking yesterday and it noticeable when Fletcher came on he started barking orders at everyone and geeing everyone up. If there is any comfort to be drawn from yesterday it was a big wake-up call for the players and the Board. We are way past big wake up calls Mr Coke, a succession of heavy tonkings under Hughes should have been a wake up call, a long winless streak under Lambert was us not hearing the snooze button reminder, relegation was housekeeping knocking on the door to wake us up, this window, the hotel fire alarm is going and we're still dozin...

I only watched on the telebox but I was annoyed at Butland smiling when the Leeds fans took the piss out of his goal kick going skywest and crooked.
Don’t fucking laugh Butland, sort it out you reserve England keeper c***!

I understand what you are saying but I suspect the Board are of the view: "We have signed a talented manager, we have kept most of our Premier league players, and we have spent money on players the new manager wanted, so we should be alright now". Like you I think our defence is proving themselves to be rubbish still and the rest of the team are well short of the standard to win the Championship. Some of whom appear not to want to play at this level.
