Shaq 'panned' by Phil Neville in the pre-match, called him a 'disgrace for Stoke City' while the other panelists listened on open mouthed! I don't think that's fair at all from Neville, I admit I'm biased, I fecking love Shaq but no one even half objective could agree with Neville on that point. If he was disgusting God knows what words he would use to describe some of our other players He was least of our problems and without him I don't think we would have got 15 points.

Shaqiri getting lots of mentions, bit of a dull game, Berg upfront for Sweden is a bit like Diouf with his finishing. You would think he'd be Ice Cool.....

If we can get past tonight neither of these have shown anything for us to really fear.

I don't think we would have existed at all as an attacking force last season without him. He wasn't perfect but he was nothing like a disgrace.

If the ref had given a foul against Shaq then, he might have had to give him a (second) yellow and he'd miss the next match if the Swiss get through.

Is Mark Lawrenson on a different planet to the rest of us🤔 Along with Danny Murphy, Phil Neville, and probably the worst, Glen Hoddle. Stealing money.

Didn't it just have to be a deflection to get a goal?

Are not Sweden England's boggie side?? Yes although we did beat them in Euro 2012. Can't remember if we have played them since.

I think he is speaking in relative terms. As extreme examples, if you had Pele in your team and he acted/performed like Moting last season, it would be rightly called "a disgrace" (with the unsaid portion "from a player with his talent"); if however you had Homer Simpson in your team and he performed like Shaqiri last season, it would be rightly called "fantastic" ("for a player with his lack of ability).
Regardless, for a player to come out and slam his team mates as lacking talent, is a disgrace no matter which way you look at it.

I hope old Flaschengeist and his team of talent-less losers are on the next bus home so that he can quickly organize his dream transfer to Huddersfield and get off our wage bill once and for all.

My God Switzerland are absolutely dire.
Shaqiri played at half pace and the rest of them are absolute shite. The number 7 that came on late on is playing like a competition winner.....
