Ooooh ffp just got serious. I think there should be points deductions within the domestic league as well, meted out no mastter what division you are in, promotion or relegation, doesn't matter. That would really hurt the clubs who breach the rules. The idea of fining super-rich clubs is asinine. Hit em where it hurts

FFP allows for a three year window I think. So you can accrue loses one year but claw this back in the next 2 years. I assume this has been a long running issue for Milan.
I think the Spainish clubs will be happy with this, they wanted blood from PSG but because of the 3 year rule UEFA have to wait. However PSG should be looking at this and be worried unless they look to balance the books.

Agree, Leicester got promoted and a fine when they were loaded with cash. Didnt QPR somehow get out of it too? they were issued a £40m fine, Not sure if it's been paid or being appealed
