Funnily enough nothing until I started running 6 years ago thanks to a bit of nagging from a few mates, thanks Northy. Started winning a few medals and team prizes culminating in my Vet category in the 5K at the English Athletics championships last year.

Countless 180's in darts league and 3 11 darters Beat a couple of pros at darts Scored 7 in a youth cup final (football) Got scouted for Crewe Alex (goalkeeper) Won a 200m kayak race in my first ever race after only finding out I was racing 30 minutes before the start after someone from my team didn't turn up and we had to put someone in the race or we forfeited all results... Ended up in the national competition as a result and lost my paddle mid course

Took all the penalties for hockey club and county for 38 years and only missed one, narrowly. Even then the ball ended up in the forecourt of a petrol station on the north circular about 100 yards away over both carriageways. One of my finer efforts.

You probably already know, but the climb from Bedoin is relentless after the first 5km. I did - Malaucene, Bedoin, stopped for lunch in Chalet Reynard on way down to Sault and then back up. They sell CdC jerseys in most cycling shops in Malaucene, 'race sizing' - I've got xxl and am normally a large

If you are lucky enough to ever have one don't lose focus in your round, mine was in a medal and put me 1 under (gross) but for the next three holes I couldn't concentrate having just had a hole in one and went double bogey, double bogey then bogey so from -1 to +4 and I don't think I even buffed it for the round.

The amount of times I have seen someone miss the 8th or 9th dart in a darts 9er and go on to lose the leg Sport is 50% in the head

I am a hacker I play off 26 but I believe[and been told many times]I am better than that.i play golf regularly with guys off 12 to 18 and none of them have had a hole in one.so when I got mine they congratulated me and been seething ever since lol. I even brought a "hole in one" cap which I produce on every par 3 just to wind my mates up.there is no doubt that there is a tremendous amount of luck but you still have to put your ball in the right place and hope for a kind bounce. as I say to my friends "keep trying"
