Makes you think looking back what a dressing room and players like Delap Fuller Sidibe Faye can do for you in their.

I’ve got the first PL season review video and, in my opinion, it was Sorro that kept us up more than the goals. He was the unsung hero of that first season.

Wonder if they'll even waste their time doing a DVD Season Review for the 17-18 season.. They'll probably hype it up as 'End Of An Era' edition if they do! So hoping they don't coz they won't sell many.. Nigel Johnson's gonna have to miss out on a pay cheque this summer..!

And to think there are still people who like to criticise personnel from that era.
Such great memories

Watching that vid I was going to say something about it being Delap, but it was each and every one of them really. Mama, Lawrence, Ric, Ryan, Abdy, Rory, Beattie, Sorro.... too many to mention... modern day legends to a man. Dunno what you’ve got till it’s gone eh

Everything that we have lacked for the last 2-3 seasons. The ability to head a goal, take a penalty and what comes across much more than anything is the physical presence and want to get on the end of anything. Give me that over 300 tip taps and backward football anyday.

Fantastic Video. James Beattie was monumental in our survival that season.

I loved Liam Lawrence, was probably my favourite player after Fuller back then.

Another video to look back on, the goals that won us promotion the last time we were in the Championship

In my opinion, signing Tommy on a free is the best bit of business we did in the prem. Unreal signing and like you said won us a lot of points with his saves And got us to the FA Cup Final

I celebrated every goal that season in a way that I haven't done for a good while. I nearly passed out when Mama scored against Villa and screamed myself hoarse after Beattie at West Brom. It really was different gravy then. A squad of determined, under rated players who pulled together and got a job done.

Another video to look back on, the goals that won us promotion the last time we were in the Championship Loved watching that. What a player fuller was. What has happened to ryan he used to be prolific in the air now he needs to rub the sharp corners off his head, never scores

We should never understimate the impact of Beattie in that first season too.

When you think we finished 12th in that first season with Delap, Sidibe, Pugh and co and finished 19th with last season’s bunch, it really does epitomise the saying “hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard.”

If any video didn't need fucking terrible music, it's that one.
