Apologies if this has already been posted, it's the first time I've seen the new advert.
We have literally been erased from their branding now we're no longer in the Prem. The segment that would usually feature Stoke fans now has generic blue and white scarfs.
I knew our profile would suffer as a result of relegation but it's pretty damning when your own owners ditch you.

Said before we are (were) just a free advert to a global audience. They pay every time they use the club's image, that's why our sponsorship revenues are higher than for other clubs of our size. Its a clever way round the rules so it is anything but free

If they owned Leeds United would they do red scarves? I highly doubt it
very weird, how do we detract from their brand as being relegated ?

There's a well-known phrase involving stable doors and horses.

In terms of branding bet365 has done more for Stoke than we've done for bet365. Not surprised at all.
They will want us up next season.

I've noticed (several times in the past week) that we're on the bet365 advert that they use as part of their YouTube marketing campaign
I guess that's what they shot at the Watford game earlier in the year.

If their target market is people who waste money betting on Premier League football, of course Stoke won't be in the adverts.

No surprise there........unlike the decision to appoint Lambert in January and then to fail/refuse to get in a functional striker. Hard to believe that these people run a successful business!

Broxap are still trading and still owned by Robert and John Lee. Neither would be described as massive stokies in fact Robert was on the board of directors at Vale for a while. I think they still do a lot of sponsorship with them.
